So first off the delivery guy was extremely rude. They unboxed the washer and dryer in the driveway no big deal and we had them bring it through the back door since it leads straight to the basement. Well my dad told them they were supposed to bring the old ones up stairs and they said “we didn’t get instructions on that” which my dad paid for and they are still in the basement. Second they left the trash right in the driveway and didn’t tell us. It is extremely windy today and they could have told us so we could put it in the dumpster. By the time we realized the trash company pulled up so we didn’t get it to the curb in time. Now we don’t normally complain but this whole process of getting these appliances have been extremely difficult. They were supposed to be here on Saturday but didn’t come until Tuesday. Since they were supposed to bring the old ones up and never did that we paid for btw now we gotta which is no big deal but we paid for them to remove it for us. Next they put the new ones right in front of the old ones. Now we gotta move those ones out the way to even bring the old ones up. Just this experience been extremely rude and difficult. Never shopping there again

I had extremely bad experience with the delivery person for my washer and dryer. The person was extremely rude, did not even clean his shoes while entering the house and also just dumped the dryer in the room not even properly aligned to the wall. There was water drippping on my door way and they did not even had the basic courtesy to clean it while leaving or apologize for the mess. He did not even wait for the signatures on the delivery challan.

Needed an emergency refrigerator, ABC had the one we wanted in stock! They would also sell a floor model if needed. Very good experience and exceptional sales person! Highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM ABC WAREHOUSE IN Findlay. MY PARENTS BOUGHT A REFRIDGERATOR A YEAR HALF AGO IT HAS BEEN A LIVIVG NIGHTMARE AND VERY STRESSFUL. ALSO BOUGHT THE 5 YEAR WARRENTY AND IT IS NOT BEING HONORED, IT HAS BEEN REPAIRED 8 TIMES, NEW ICEMAKER PUT IN..AND AGAIN THIS WEEK IT IS BEING REPAIRED AGAIN..ABC WAREHOUSE DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE IT??? WHAT IS THE ADDITIONAL WARRENTY FOR? OURQUESTIONS ARE NEVER ANSWEREDTHEY BOUGHT ALL NEW APPLIANCES FIR THE KITCHEN..REFRIDGERATOR IS JUNK..NOT LOYAL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS! MANY TRIPS HAVE BEEN MADE TO OUT TO STORE AND NONE HAS A SOLUTION...I DO, PUT A NEW REFRIDGERATOR ON TRUCK AND DELIVER THEM ONE, SOLVE THIS ISSUE BUT THEY JUST DONT, MY parents are 80 years old...TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR ELDERLY, STAFF SURE SMILED WHEN MY DAD WAS SPENDING A COUPLE THOUSAND IN THERE STORE..BUT NO MORE SMILES NOW..JUST DO WHATS RIGHT ABC WAREHOUSE. WHAT A SHAME..A NEW REFRIDGERATOR. FIXED 8 TIMES AND AN ICEMAKER REPLACE ..AND BROKE AGAIN..WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF THIS WAXLS YOUR PARENTS?

Always had good experiences with this location. Generally I like to work with Rob Riddell the Mgr. But the whole team is awesome. I had bought a dishwasher from elsewhere. It went bad and they wouldn't honor the warranty. I stop into ABC to find a replacement. They go above and beyond to get me a great deal. And I know ABC Warehouse 100% honors their warranties! Will never buy another appliance elsewhere.
