Mr. Jody was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us pick out a recliner. He even pointed out pieces that were on sale rather than pushing us to only look at regular price. The other 2 employees there were also helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend visiting the Findlay Ashley store.

Ashley Furniture in Findlay was awesome to work with. We generally knew what we wanted and checked out their large storeroom to find the best fit. Jody was very helpful, answering all of our questions and explaining all available options. Fulfillment occurred even faster than their in-store estimate, and delivery was scheduled via a fully automated system. Of course there is still the option to call and set it up over the phone. The delivery window was accurate, and they sent a link that allowed tracking and updates on delivery day. Our furniture was moved in and assembled exactly how we wanted it. Overall a fantastic experience!

My husband and I will never purchase from Ashley again! We bought a couch and a chair. We waited 6+ months for the couch to arrive. Once it finally came we have had nothing but iddues with it. The employees have been no help if getting issues resolved and the protection services they offer are horrible to work this. For supposedly high quality furniture, these couch cushions do not hold up. We have had ripped in every single one of them more than once...On another note the chair we bought took over a year to come in and they kept giving us a date and then changing it. Again for supposedly high quality furniture the chair broke within 6 months of getting it. We bought protection for both of our pieces and have had nothing but issues getting them fixed. If I could return them I would!I do not recommend spending your money on furniture from these stores...

I would like to thank the Findlay store for their prompt and curtious service, our sales person was amazing! Unfortunately, I refuse to recommend my home town store in Lima due to the lack of acknowledgement when I enter the store. I couldn't even get "some one will be with you shortly". When you are planning on spending thousands of dollars in one store on a single purchase, you deserve at least that. I will drive the extra 30 miles for good customer service.Thank you!

Had a HORRIBLE experience at Ashley Furniture! Went to purchase a new bed frame and went to pick it up a day later. Got it home and all unboxed and quickly noticed the instructions were not the most clear, it was not showing the correct bed in the images on the instructions. We tried to put it together dispute the horrible instructions… Finally we decided to just return the bed frame. The sales lady at the store made it a point to let us know that when we purchased it, if anything was defective that we had 72 hours to notify the warehouse. Today we went back to Ashley furniture to try and return the bed frame and we got the run around. All we wanted was a refund for our expensive bed frame, but they “don’t do refunds”. After looking at the model bed on the floor at Ashley Furniture, it looks as though they did not give us a specific bracket we needed to attach the footboard to the rails or the right directions. We have contacted multiple people at Ashley Furniture corporate and kept getting told there was nothing they could do. Will not be purchasing anything from this company again. We were never told that they “don’t do returns” when purchasing our bed frame. I feel like this is something that should be disclosed before pouring your hard earned money into something of this price… This is absolutely ridiculous.

We've had a bad experience and really regret going to Ashley furniture. It wasn't until after we made our purchases that everyone we talked to said don't shop there. The furniture looks nice but we have drawers that stick or don't shut easily and the couch has a huge dip in it. Equally bad is the time. They told us, when we furnished our house, that they have to say it could take up to 16 weeks for delivery just in case.... our kitchen table took 9 months. When we bought our night stands one was missing the track the drawer slides in on. It took 6 months for someone to come out and fix it which took about 5 min. Don't go to Ashley

The furniture is fine. This is solely based on customer service. We bought a bedroom set and picked it up ourselves. We picked it up, put in storage as we were moving in a month later and didn't want to move it twice. Upon opening them in the new house, we discover damage on two of the items. We reach out to Ashley about fixing them and they assure us they will fix them. They send us parts and tell us to wait to be contacted by a technician, at which point we were forgotten about twice. Finally about two weeks after the second forgetting, they reach out and say they will not fix our furniture because of a 72 hr after shippig policy. Fine, I don't care. If thats the policy then it was my fault for not looking at it when we picked it up. I'm just upset that it took them them 2 months to figure everything out, just to not fix the problem. And for those wondering if I caused the damage. The damage was the wood decals they use had their packing tape on it. So when the packing tape was removed, it took with it, part of the finish and left the partical board underneath.

came in knowing I wanted a sofa chaise the person that originally helped us looked at us like we were crazy her coworker came over and took over for her. He showed us the only one on the floor that was convertible. It was fabric which was nice but it would have been nice to have different color options. He went over the different delivery options with us. We chose the white glove.I preferred Ashley furniture under the old owners, while the prices are more affordable for the customer they have cut out so many jobs and run on a skeleton crew. It’s not the local owners it used to be. You can tell the new owners don’t care about being environmentally friendly and just cares about what is best for him. I would go to other furniture stores that are better for the local community.
