Just went in for a simple upgrade. Pretty quiet Sunday afternoon and was able to handle everything very quickly. Gabby was awesome and informative. Took care of everything (new phone activation and data transfer) right there in store. Excellent experience!

Nicklaus was amazing and he explained everything in great detail. He was also very patient as I had quite a few questions because I know nothing about electronics lol we were able to get a great deal and get everything switched over with very little to no issues, which has NEVER happened before.
He did amazing and I highly recommend asking for him for any issues or concerns you may have 🙂

PLEASE be aware of the shady business practices of ATT:
1) Bought a new phone here, was told our old phone trade in would be a $700 credit. when we got the bill the following month, it was only a $350 credit.
2) without asking us if we wanted it, or telling us what it was, ATT signed us up for a $10 a month service called next up time anytime.
I tried to cancel it through the app, it wouldn’t let me, I tried chatting with an ATT associate through the app who told me it couldn’t be cancelled! Finally got connected w a supervisor, who assured me it would be cancelled. The charge was still present on the next two billing cycles! I didn’t see it removed until I visited the store in person and made an FCC complaint.
This is not the ATT of yesteryear- if you choose to do business here , please carefully review your bill each month. ATT will use your billing information, without your consent, to enroll you in new and expensive services.

My brand new IPhone 16 is loading so slow on emails I can watch the wheel spin for 15 seconds minimum each and every email that load including responses. I received no improvement from the visit. I was even asked to add turbo boost to my line for another $7…. That didn’t do a thing. Well except put $7 Moore dollars in your pocket.
I pay almost $400 a month only to be what I have to assume is throttling.

My first problem with this store is the employees, the one and only guy that helped me seemed to be new, which isn’t a problem by all means, I came into the store with everything I had in mind, the phone I wanted required a $400 deposit, so the guy got me away from that, which I applaud, but, I came in wanting to get the most expensive unlimited data package, I received a package that isn’t even listed on the website for the general pop to access, I wanted no throttling or no priority to my data because I work out of my vehicle. Then the guy says my phone should be shipped and at my door in a few days, come to find out, I have to wait til quite possibly the end of February, which would leave me with spectrum and their terrible service and customer support. I would love for this to be fixed in some sort of way, otherwise I won’t be making any of the payments because this isn’t my problem. Again, I came into the store with everything already in mind, and I received everything the opposite of what I actually wanted.
