Just pay attention to what your asking for an answers you receive was told battery was junk that's why couldn't do the diagnostic test O-Rileys test said nothing wrong with the battery in fact committed on for the age the numbers it showed was pretty impressive one of those good old ones still out there kickin it

I literally just left here after getting a battery replaced that had a lot of corrosion and bolt issues. I was worried we would not be able to drive away today but after Melissa, the Store Manager, helped us out and really took care of us, all is well. A huge thank you for their service, efforts and time spent to resolve our issue today!

I took my car here for a battery because the first one I went to didn’t have the battery but they did. Autozone offers putting in batteries. I made sure to explain I cannot turn my car off because it will die and I may need a jump. Michelle said they wouldn’t put the battery in because it was difficult and I needed to take it somewhere. I explained I would need to look at options and then I’ll let them know what I’ll do. I come back into the store after calling the original store and the original store told me they could put it in for me. Once inside I told them I would like to buy the battery and that they were going to install it for me and Michelle laughed at me. This is completely insulting when you have a customer needing service. Thanks to John who helped me at the counter after my rude in counter with Michelle. Hopefully customer respect can be worked on at this store.

This place is always so helpful. I haven't found a staff member who was not able to help me. Not only do they do their job inside if you need them to look at your car and help you with something, they always try to do their absolute best to help me do that. You never wait long to get assistance. They always have what I need. This is definitely my go-to auto store. The store is clean, has a nice location, and has lots of parking.
