I called , they called me back said another store had part and put hands on it after the other store told me they didn't have , so I pay a taxi $30 to drive Mr to get , the other store said the other store never called them but they have part , so I buy and turned out they gave me wrong part so had return.

I like to come get parts but you got the one manager always smoking at the door maybe give my man a break or stop smoking on the property. When they are smoking they are trying to figure out who is gonna get the customer. I’m trying to spend money if it’s that hard I can go elsewhere.

Stopped on a Wednesday night around 6:30 because my windshield wipers messed up. It was snowing and I asked the sales clerk if he would change my wipers and he pretty much said.. "Nope, McDonalds pays more than this job and I don't get paid to changes wipers"
Nice attitude to have and if McDonalds pays more, then that's where he should go!! Very disappointed in the customer service.

I needed back rotors and brake pads I was helped by Tim who really came through for me! Most definitely will drive all the way to Findlay from Toledo every time with how great he was! Highly recommend this store!!

After having a bad experience at the Autozone on Tiffin Ave, I brought my new car battery here to be replaced because they were willing to put it in after the other store refused to replace it. I could not turn my car off otherwise it would’ve completely died without the new battery. It took them no more than 10 minutes to replace. Thank you to Michael and Timathy for being super friendly and understanding!

Came in looking for a specific coolant. No staff members acknowledged me. They seemed busy so I stood by the counter to wait. In 10 minutes 2 workers looked at me and then walked off. No acknowledgement from staff. Went up the road to a different auto parts store. 04/25/24

Traveling in the area when our radiator developed a huge split down the top. They had one in stock for our car plus excellent customer service. Thanks to manager Ryan and staff. Highly recommend.

We have 5 daughters that are grown and married now. I have been dealing with autozone since they opened years ago with our vehicles and 5 daughters vehicles throughout the years and wouldn't go any place else.
