125$ and hour just for call out? but the 3 hrs they take to get to u they add to your bill at 125$/hr rate, they dont want to actually try to fix anything or check if u fixed a part correctly I just needed to shove my wire in farther in when I asked if it's in correctly he said yes but he plugged his computer in and just showed me what I already know on the dash, when I called them out to clear the codes or reset them not to just show me what I already know.. and they try to charge $688 + processing fee for just coming out and plugging in their computer 15 minutes and telling me they know a tow truck company. I know plenty of tow truck companies too I can call.. maybe for simple stuff they might be good but for Def systems and computers my technican seemed to just know to charge $688 for coming out and call a tow truck to peterbuilt.

Just a heads up , if you go to the shop they will charge you fees worth about 125 on top of the hourly labor

They have another shop in Luckey OH. Instead of them putting address along notice on door I had to call. Also my dispatch should have already taken care getting updated info for stuff like this. Instead I had to just sit here wasting my clock waiting on confirmation to head on towards shop. The other location is 40miles away.
