“I’m very happy this place is in Findlay. The manager and his staff are great. When you have teenagers driving around in an older car you always know you’re in for a surprise. My son’s battery had finally had enough and I was able to contact Jeff Arpin the GM. He asked me about the make and model and made sure the battery we needed was there. My son was able to take his car there that very day and Jeff switched it out for him and made sure he wasn’t late for wrestling practice. I will definitely be using this store again and directing my clients/peers to this location. Also, I was really happy with the price after service, I was expecting a couple hundred like the dealerships and other parts stores charge, I spent under $200.”
