Within the past few months of frequently the store I have been so impressed. The store manager is always smiling and joking with the staff. The staff is always actively Moving, but the most important part is the bathrooms are always clean. This is my favorite spot to stop at when traveling through. It was like a breath of fresh air. Please keep doing what you’re doing. I will definitely be back

Today is 8/5 at 2:00 am after a extremely long drive to get gas and use a restroom at supposedly a 24 hour gas station only to be greeted with trash cans in front of the entrance with a sign saying the restrooms were closed until 4:00 am with no explication. I will not be spending money somewhere on gas and I can’t even use the restroom. Ridiculous.

They have competitive pricing on most things. They got everything you would expect from a small convenience store. Aside from the walk in beer cooler. The gas sold here is always within the going rate in the area. The staff are polite and kneel the store very clean.

This morning after 8 am on 3/18/25, i understand that the credit card machine was down and services were cash only for the time being. However, it’s really unprofessional for the manager Carol to yell at me from the door to pump 12 (where I was at) about the place being cash only. I already read the sign on the pump and heard the announcement at the speaker. I was checking my purse to make sure I did have cash when Carol came out and screamed at me across the parking lot in a way where she made me feel like I was stupid. I understand that the staff has probably gotten yelled at by multiple customers all morning about the situation, but it’s unnecessary to talk down to my mom and me, who have been regular customers for years, like that. Do better!

I was just told the reason my water rang up as more $ was because of tax, by the clerk. I don't have time to argue over $.40 but clearly they're cool with charging more than the posted prices ... I wont be going here again.

Traveling from Toledo to Columbus we often frequent Bellstore. We absolutely love the pizza they make, it's best gas station pizza around!!! I would also like to give a big shout out to Christian, his customer service skills are A+!! From the time we walked in until the time we left he made us feel very welcome!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Best gas station in Findlay hands down. Friendly staff each visit. The employees welcome every customer with friendly service from the moment you enter. On occasion the line may be held up by a conversation but that's part of the experience. In conclusion the service is the best. You don't feel rushed out the store as well as you never feel like that they're talking more than working. A perfect balance of work ethic and friendly service.
