I took my son's iphone11 in because it wouldn't connect to cellular or Wi-Fi. I waited over 2 hours, and when they gave me back my phone, it was in "restore " and we were unable to get it out of restore. Now I have to wait until Sunday to take it to the Apple Store. Ive never had anything that they can fix. Save your time and go elsewhere

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Had some technical questions the other day, and the customer service was outstanding. We're able to answer all my questions and head me in the right direction. Thanks for the help, and I will be back to stop again

Just bought a neo qled on the way out the door the young kid yells becarefull the tv droped eariler to what i believe is the store manger when the strap broke i should have stoped there but was assured the tv was fine after getting home the tv missing half the stand no scews no wall spacers 1 of the cords now i get to spend half the day going back moving things around my house again its worth the drive to go to another location im sure tomorrow going to be just as fun argueing with best buy about all the missing items not to mention the back of the tv was covered in what looked like dry wall dust proably the worst buying experience i have ever had the tv was cover plastic over it either this locations also does not do any discounts for vets but i know some do

Very poor customer service. All they could tell is how they could not help me. Bought a Sony blu-ray player. Stopped working. Took it back for exchange/refund. Best Buy refused as I did not buy their overpriced warranty. Now they were happy to accept it if I wanted to shell out 60 bucks for a membership. Player wascless than 3 weeks old. So sad we cant help you. Never stepping in a Best Buy again. Avoid Best Buy in general and the Findlay stire in particular.

I mean, it's one of the last electronic stores. What's not to like? 4 stars as this is not one of the larger best buys but still has a great selection.

I stopped in to pick up the phone that I had bought through Samsung where they gave me a better deal than Best Buy did. Surprisingly Samsung allows you to make a deal with them and Best Buy allows you to pick it up from them. The agent at Best Buy was reasonably friendly, got my phone out made the arrangements and handed it to me. All in all took me 15 minutes to pick up my new phone.
