They were super quick, efficient, and well priced. I called about fixing the TPWS on my car and they were able to get me in right away and had it fixed within the hour. They were a 1/4 of the price of what the dealer quoted me.

My name is Christina and I have been bringing my cars to this shop since I moved to Ohio to care for my grandfather. I randomly picked a shop one day and I’m so glad I stumbled into this one. Mike is one of the most honest and kind mechanics out there. I recently bought a used car and it was making a funny noise. Mike and his team looked into it and told me what was causing it and didn’t even charge me for the time. They could have easily lied to me and charged me for something I didn’t even need.
My dad has since passed and he used to be my mechanic. I like to think that he sent Mike to me so I wouldn’t get duped by anyone else!!
Thanks to this amazing auto shop for the great customer service!

Blew two tires on our horse trailer and needed new ones. The staff here was literally AMAZING, they took care of of us quickly and had great prices, we ended up replacing all four tires. Even let us borrow their hose to cool our horses down!!

I don't do reviews because there isn't very good customer service anymore. Well, im wrong. Mike and his crew at Best One Tire and Service have Great customer service! What they did for me is unheard of today. My car is back to like new and I am very happy! To Mike and his crew, Thank you very much!

I went in and got $1,300 worth of work done because my check engine light was on. A week later my check engine light comes back on so I go to AutoZone get it coded it's a 10-dollar part one Bolt I'll just replace it myself. I call these guys and ask them if they can reset the camshaft position sensor it takes 5 minutes and they tell me they want to charge me between $100 and $170 for 5 minutes after I just spent $1,300 on repairs a week ago. I told him I'll just take my business elsewhere from now on that's ridiculous. The guy tried to tell me he has to buy the equipment I told him he already has it so why would I pay half of what the damn thing cost to get it hooked up to my car for 5 minutes. I recommended finding someone that's more reasonable and willing to work with you than taking your business to these guys.

I had 4 tires installed and it was expert service they even dimounted my best tires and put on my spare for me cause my spre was bad installed and programed my tpms sensor and never tried to tell me my vehicle needed anything they were fast and helpful the receptionist was warm and a delight to talk to then you Joyce and the guys at best one tire I'm a forever customer

I came in after my son's car tire blew out on I-75. They quoted me the one tire they had left in the size I needed. They said they had an appt in an hr and half available and then a guy named Mike stepped in and took care of the tire right away for me. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes and the price was cheaper than originally quoted. I really appreciate the service!
