“I recently had a wonderful experience at purchasing a used Cadillac XT5 from LaRiche Chevrolet Cadillac in Findlay. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the sales woman, Brittany Jackson. Brittany is extremely knowledgeable about every question I asked regarding the car and financing and was able to get me top dollar for my used car trade-in. She truly puts the customer first and I admire the honesty and integrity that she offers. Brittany went above and beyond what any sales person has ever done for me in buying a car and and picking it up. It was completely detailed, clean and looked like a brand new car inside and out with a tank of gas topped off and added a red bow on the car when I got there. Made my experience wonderful. She also connected me with the loan department officer, named Lois, who also did all she could do to find the cheapest interest rate for me, whether it be going through banks or various credit unions until we got the best deal we could get. She is also a remarkable asset for LaRiche but also truly cares about the customer not just the money they can make. I would recommend both of these professional women highly to anyone looking for a flawless used car purchase experience.”

“Excellent customer service!! Very professional and a wonderful experience! It's hard to find great workmanship and excellent customer service in the same location. I was blown away with how accommodating and helpful this family owned shop was to my family. We called in to see if they could do the work, they were so polite and kind and very welcoming. I stopped in to see if the door handle to my vehicle could be fixed and learned I needed to get a new one. One arrived within a few days and I merely stopped in and the car was fixed within 15-30 minutes. I was so impressed and can't say enough wonderful things about this family owned and operated shop. “O/O, 2016 Pete 587:First needed this shop 4.5 years ago after a different shop couldn't fix my truck. I returned for other w&t items when near by. The Svcs Mgr Jay could always identify my issues and his great team would get me back on the road faster than any of the other shops I've used. I decided to make them my "go-to" shop during my planned down time. (I live 2+hrs away)Just had major service and repairs done and then 2 weeks back on the road I had a coolant leak. I called Jay for a road-side, thinking it was related. (Turned out not to be related)The man showed up himself!
