These guys literally made me cry when I picked up my car. I haven't been back in person to thank them yet but by far the best experience I have ever had on an insurance claim. No one has ever cleaned the inside of my vehicle before I've gotten it back. I am a blue collar heavy equipment operator. This is my daily driver/ work vehicle that now has almost 200k miles on it and it looked on the inside like it came off the showroom floor!

Caliber made this so easy! They worked with insurance and the rental car company and all I did was drop off and pick up! They obviously know what they are doing and made what would normally be a dreadful experience very pleasant. They texted daily updates and had the repair done early. They are so knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I highly recommend!
