“I would like to thank all the staff at the Findlay, Ohio Enterprise branch. They were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Tamra, Brandin, and Kari.
I needed a big car, so I booked a minivan. However, since it was a holiday, there were no minivans or similar large vehicles available. Tamra promised she would try her best to find one because she understood how much I needed it.
At the end of the day, she found a car and called me. I still remember that moment because she truly saved my life ?. When I received her call, I was already at Detroit Airport, desperately searching for a big car and unable to find one at any rental branch.
