Why is the ATM always broken at the east branch in Findlay ohio? We need it in this town. Been a customer for over 50 years and this is how we're treated? Makes you want to change banks!

If you don't mind just being another number, by all means...this is your Bank! Chase as a whole is horrible business, they don't care about you!

Scammer. They don’t protect your account at all. Someone tried forging a paycheck to withdrawl on my account. I had no idea about it until I got there. I couldn’t even pick up my paychecks because for 4 weeks they locked it. Then decided to close it down because they didn’t protect it. Don’t use them.

Stopped by today to wire funds for a home purchase. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially since we don't live in the area.

I've been banking at this location for almost a decade and have a mortgage threw them and every time I walk in, they act like it's the first time. They don't recognize me, they don't know who I am, and I have been asked before for multiple forms of ID for a single withdraw (Which has never happened at any of the other locations that I've been to). The tellers they're trying to chat me up but it always feels more like an interrogation. I hate having to go to this location and often opt to go to the Tiffin Ave or Broad St locations.

I had tried to go to this bank to be approved for a first-time home loan. Despite being a financially savvy individual and demonstrating more than adequate fiscal responsibility and capability for home purchasing, the loan adviser treated me very disrespectfully. I spent a total of 3.5 hours in meeting at Chase Bank, trying to answer all of their questions. However, I spent 2.5 of those hours answering non-loan related questions for reasons unknown to me. After two meetings and several email exchanges, I thought all of the proper paperwork had been submitted. I asked the loan adviser multiple times if there was any other information required and she expressed her satisfaction. Two weeks later, I had the loan adviser sending me urgent emails and phone calls (while I was at work) demanding I send her additional information for my loan approval. I called to ask what the problem was and why she suddenly needed these documents so urgently. She said it was all my fault that she was up against the deadline and unable to approve the loan through the underwriter because I had failed to send in this additional paperwork. Truth was, she had never asked for it at any of our previous encounters and refused to own her mistake. I wouldn't recommend Chase Bank to anyone looking for a home loan, especially if it is your first time going through the process.
