1 star plummet from 5This is the only Chipotle I've ever come across that over the summer absolutely refuses to sell large sides of salsa with a large order of chips. I have been buying large chips and salsas for a decade at this exact Findlay without a problem until this last summer of 2023. As of last week the Tiffin, OH Chipotle still sells them no problem so it's clearly the Findlay owner who is refusing to make extra money from selling sides and chips. The Tiffin Chipotle employees told me to come back any time and they'll be more than happy to make their restaurant extra money from sales.

Chicken could be better trimmed. (I don't care for squishy stuff or rubbery stuff left on the meat.) Otherwise, very good food. Staff is always friendly. Dining area is too loud but always very clean.Vegetarian options: Beans, guacamole, lettuce, tomato w/onion, & salsa.Parking: There is more parking than necessary. There is enough room for multiple school buses, if needed.Wheelchair accessibility: Their is a handicap van accessible spot which would handle a wheelchair & one other handicap spot. However, the entryway has no automatic openers.

Everytime I've gone in on the last 3 months, no veggies. None. Out. Even an hour after opening. I have to wait for someone to check me out, even if the server isn't helping a customer, I wait for someone in the back to finally come out. I refuse to return.Vegetarian options: I'm sorry? Vegetarian options? If they're are no veggies, what? Extra Pico? Guac, which costs more? Pfft!

Tonight, my family and I stopped by for dinner at the Tiffin Avenue Chipotle location (06/29/2023). I requested a chicken bowl. I asked the server for extra rice (which I always request since I don’t eat any of the salad sides). He automatically gave me a look and seemed irritated. With noticing his reaction, I mentioned that I did not mind paying extra for the side. He then added a small spoon sized of rice and stated to his coworker “charged her for 3 sides of rice”. Now, I really did not care how much it will cost me. Neither about the poor amount of rice received. I do have a problem with the bad attitude and poor treatment received at this location tonight. Very disappointed. I understand how hard it is to hire workers currently, however, respect towards customers should still exist.

The bowl that I received was half empty. There is 6 chunks of steak and it's cold.

My burrito bowl was fresh and I love their tractor beverage co. drinks! My new favorite drink is the Mandarin Fresca. The US-224 location in Findlay is 1000x better than the Trenton Avenue location.

I love chipotle but everytime we order online they really skimp on my salad. Tonight my salad had no lettuce at all. I like eating from here just wish they could get the consistency together

Had a burrito bowl with beef, beans, fajita veg, brown rice, corn salsa, sour cream and cheese. Every element was prepared perfectly, portions were generous, and food was extremely tasty.

This driver was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I will not order through grubhub ever again. Grubhub stated they will let management know and that was it. Take my advice just choose doordash.
