I was in Findlay from out of town for a softball tournament when we had gotten a chunk of metal stuck in a tire. It was a Saturday & they closed at noon. I stopped by and spoke with their manager Chris, as busy as they were that morning they got my tire patched within a few hours. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, personable, and customer service oriented. I can not recommend this shop enough! Thanks again Chris!

You can't go wrong with cooper tires. I drive high miles on a mixed of highways. Mountains. Gravel. And dirt roads. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and sets me up with the best tires for my conditions. You can feel the difference right away.. Whether stopping here or at another dealer I highly recommend cooper tires.

If it’s not tires don’t bother. I took my car there with the understanding that they can diagnose issues with your engine. That’s all I simply wanted right now was a diagnosis. Well with out consulting me they went ahead and did my oil change. They did not do the kind of oil I would have preferred. My car has 191000 miles and I have always always done full synthetic oil and they put in a synthetic blend so that irritated me. First off an oil change is not why I took my car there. So they did not do what I wanted and they did not put in my car what I would have told them to if they would have asked me instead of just doing it. Then to top that off I find out they completely stripped my oil drain plug. I do my own oil changes 9/10 times so I know my plug did not look like that before hand. So I was charged for services I did not want without getting my original issues resolved.

Chris and his team went far above and well beyond my expectations to resolve a challenge they didn't cause. In the difficult auto service industry Chris is a diamond of a find as a manager.Todays public expectations are increasingly unrealistic and his positive attitude and straightforward way of doing business is appreciated and respected.
