Only been to a kids class (so far) but the coaches/instructors were awesome, the facility was great, and the gym has a variety of ways to work out. Made a relay race for the kids and they worked hard and had fun, and the coaches were always making sure the kids were safe and doing the exercises the right way too! We'll be back!
Thank you for supporting our Girl Scout troop and heping us earn our fitness badge!

Visiting from Los Angeles to care for my dad in the hospital. Had a long, hard week, and after bringing dad home, needed some exercise to clear my head.Luckily, Findlay has an excellent functional fitness gym in Tight Five CrossFit. A short mile run from my dad's house and I was warmly greeted and allowed to use the space as an open gym while a small class was working hard. They made sure I knew where everything I needed was, and kept an eye on me until it was clear that I had enough experience to stay safe and have a good workout.Great energy, fantastic space, good people. If you are looking for a safe space to get stronger, fitter, and healthier, this is the place, regardless of age or current fitness level. Remember, "...it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.”

Incredible place! Walking through the door was a bit nerve racking until you are greeted like family. The entire staff is friendly and personable while the members are all encouraging and supportive. You don't have time to worry as you start up right away with either a workout specific to you or your group workout. They give great advice on meals and walk you through everything step by step.

I LOVE Crossfit M2 ! Crossfit itself is incredibly addicting. The coaches at CFM2 are really good at making you feel welcome especially when you're new. They excel at giving you the personal attention needed to learn proper form and re-enforce it while you're doing the wods. M2 has a great community both in and out of the box which fuels the motivation to keep you coming back for more !

Michael and all the coaches are so encouraging and supportive. They are enthusiastic and positive and push you towards achieving your goals. The workouts are varied and challenging but always able to be scaled to each individual's abilities. It's never a dull day at CrossFitM2.

I was a little nervous about trying Crossfit but once I tried it I love it. Every workout is scalable and doable for all fitness levels.

This is not the first cross fit gym I've been to, but it is a good one. I would recommend it to anyone looking to get a good workout. The coaches know what they are doing and know how to push you. Everyone there gets to know each other and that helps motivate you to come in even on the days you don't feel like working out.

This gym is amazing. The people are so welcoming and the coaching staff so attentive and willing to help everyone each with different skill level. Sure everyone is scared out of their mind to walk in the doors of a CrossFit gym for the 1st time, this was the BEST decision that I have made also being one of the hardest. Thanks for believing in me!
