If you don’t want to go to a big store come here. They got a little bit of everything. Prices are just a little more than Walmart but you don’t have to walk through a giant crowed store. The staff are nice and polite. Very helpful if you ask. Not a bad place to shop.

I was in your store in Arlington Ohio this morning and am very dissatisfied with the store. I do not know how you stay in business. The Birthday card section was empty but I did manage to find one card!!! The cashier said that the card person has not been in the store in months!! If that is your best seller them why cant you keep it stocked? I can go in that store once a week and cannot find what I need. PATHETIC!!!!

Store is very clean and organized and it was great finally having a store close to us. I used to go here often to grab odds and ends and even some grocery items. I rarely go now, since they put in the self checkout machine there’s never a cashier available and when you ask they just tell you to use the self checkout. I have no desire to use a self checkout register. Back to going to Great Scot.

I'd gladly give a good rating except for the self checkout. I don't like using them especially when someone ahead of me has problems or can't understand how to use it!

This was the slowest trip I've ever had here. The cashier was new so I'll cut her slack I get it she's learning. There was a line when I came in 6 ppl waiting to check out. When I got to the check out their was only one guy in front of me. They were having trouble with his card, he was a older gentleman. The three of us looked all over for the manager to help her figure it out. It took literally over 15 minutes for us to find him. I had to stay and watch the register and the gentleman infront of me card well they looked for him. Total of 20 minutes because she couldn't get her boss to help her.
