Every single experience I have had here has been awful.
One woman, who always happens to be working when I go in, is extremely rude. Not only is she unhelpful and unkind, but she makes it a point to give as little information as possible when there’s a reason they can’t accept the package (which is EVERY single time) for one reason or another. If you can avoid this location, I recommend it at all costs.
Once, I had a 30+ pound package and I wasn’t sure where to go. Rather than trying to help, she just stared at me. I asked where I was to put the package and she responded by saying, “Well I can’t carry that.” Another time, I waited in line for over 10 minutes while she continued doing something fully well knowing I was waiting for her.
I’d honestly rather bite the bullet with a $50 return than encounter this woman or this location ever again.

Never have good luck with fedex delivery!! We always request to drop at the door and Fedex refuses to allow. If I know a package will come fedex. I WILL NOT order it!!!!

One of the worst company's I have ever dealt with, If the delivery driver lies that the package was delivered and my security cameras say otherwise then there is a problem. Don't you there service you are just the feeding pig.
