I been banking here for yrs now and it’s always been smooth transactions. The staff are very nice and helpful and had my problems solved in minutes. I love this bank. I will only bank here from now on.

Good bank for the rich people in town but not for the average working class people like my wife and I who can barely afford to get by living paycheck to paycheck. Their overdraft fees are $37, and they will charge you that amount EVERY SINGLE DAY if you don't have any money to put into your account!!! RIDICULOUS!!! It's very clear to me that Fifth Third doesn't care at all about their people, especially their lower income people. They're just after that $$$$$$$$Will be switching to a better bank very soon.

Poor customer service. Upon entering the building i wasn’t greeted. They continued their conversation. I had to say something to get her to assist me. While speaking with her she had an attitude like i was a bother. They wanted me to jump through hoops just to open an account. Stating my two physical forms of ID weren’t enough. I will be banking elsewhere.

Very pleasant employees, nice and polite. Fast at there job. I have never had any problems with this bank. They will always have my business. Very easy atms and they are pretty much everywhere.

I drop of deposits and get money for my employer and I have yet to have a positive experience at this location. Tellers are rude and I had one(Beth I think is her name) all but accuse me of stealing money because she forgot to put it in with my change order. When I told her I had proof that she shorted me she rolled her eyes at me and then checked her til to discover that she had in fact not given me the rest of my change. Went in today to get change and drop off a deposit and the teller (Luke) gave me the bill part of my change order(close to 300$) without offering to put it in a bag or anything! When I asked for a bag or something to put the loose cash in he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. If it wasn’t work related I would not be recommending this bank branch to anyone to use.

Dishonest banking practices, they refuse to cash checks drawn on their Bank unless you give them all of your personal and private information along with a state ID. Then they constantly send you mail, email and phone calls trying to get you to switch to their Bank.
