They've had my prescription for almost 24 hours and when I called to check on it they hadn't starting filling it because they lost my information?? How does that even happen

I went here by accident on 9-5-2017 and tried to pick up a prescription. The other Rite Aid is on the same street but further down the road. I got them mixed up. I had only been at the other Rite Aid once, on 301 Main. I am new in town, The pharmacy clerk was rude to me and proceeded to say that I am at the wrong Rite Aid, not even offering to tell me that the other one is 3 blocks down on the same side and on the same road. She also told me that my medication is not available anywhere in town. Well, this confused me. SO, I went to the Rite Aid 3 blocks down and low and behold, they had the RX that was NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN TOWN ready for me. Talk about no communication between the same drug store! This short women was so rude and offered no apologies about it. I will never step foot in that Rite Aid on 1501 N Main ever again!!!! Thanks for all the confusion!

This is the best pharmacy is Findlay! I've never met a more friendly, helpful staff anywhere else. If I have a question, they are eager to help me, they contact my doctor's office if needed, etc etc. They always have my prescriptions in order, ready to go. I also love the automated reminder service for my prescription every 3 months. Great place! I'll never go anywhere else (I actually travel all the way across town to go there, when I live within walking distance from a Walgreens)!
