I got a new number so I signed in with that new number and made an appointment waited in my car until there was 14min left than went inside to wait she then asked if I was a new customer I said no got new number so made appointment with that one she than updated my number then told me I have to wait another 40min because she updated my information. Why the hell would my appointment time change because you updated my number? I had a 26min wait originally that's what it said on the sign in online i waited 12min than went inside to wait last 14min and than she wants to add another 40min on top of that when I already been waiting. I'm not waiting double the time for a 5 min basic cut when I already waited what I supposed to and I always tip whoever cuts my hair.

I got a great haircut and good conversation from Joseph today . This Great Clips on Trenton Ave is the best in Findlay . The whole staff is so friendly and knowledgeable to the people that walk through their doors. The place is very nice and clean and the stylist alway greet you with a warm smile . All the staff are great at what they do BUT

Oh , my daughter is getting married this May and I WILL request Joseph for this special occasion!!!

Sucks both stores in Findlay Suck suck suck!!!!! Never again! The ones in Toledo are good thats why i trusted down here. The one one Trenton guy butchered my husbands hair. So Monday I had my husband try the one onTiffin for grandson, dont even look like they cut it at all!!!! So NEVER AGAIN! I'll just pay a few dollars more for people who care to know what they're doing

Fast,easy,clean. And a very nice stylist here.i like the check in online feature that they got. UPDATE this is the only place i will go for a haircut. Staff are very nice and sociable people. The cuts are fast and they do an excellent job. As I said before use the online check in on their website. You won’t regret it.

Always feel I get a good haircut; pleasant, hard-working staff who listen to what I want as a customer. Prices are decent and hours are convenient. Appreciate the clean, tidy shop, too.
