My 2024 Crosstrek had an oil leak and as far as I can see, it was repaired. I was assured that if it had that problem again after my warranty expires it would be taken care of with no charge. That would be the right thing to do!

Rating downgraded from 5 to 2 stars after our most recent visit. We brought our vehicle in for service with ~14,500 miles and were told the brake pads needed replaced soon, which is understandable since we drive in town frequently. However, along with that the service advisor (Riley I believe) also said the rotors would need replaced. Come again? Rotors never need replaced right away and we hadn’t noticed any juddering while braking. When I pushed back a bit on the need to replace the rotors, Riley repeatedly told me they couldn’t just replace pads. Completely ridiculous and any person with a trivial knowledge of cars could tell you that. Additionally, the service manager confirmed we wouldn’t need to replace the rotors yet, so there was some clear contradiction in the Service Dept. I honestly thought this dealer would be different but it seems like they were just trying to treat us like gullible idiots and gouge us out of $3,300 (vs $525 for pads). Be wary of service here and if you don’t have a choice, work with Dan.
The two stars (vs a lowly 1) are because of Drew our sales associate. He was excellent!

Had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled. I was there less than an hour and they washed my car as well. Staff was friendly. Very pleased!
