This is my burner account. Got my taxes done here via remotely, they made a big mistake and they didn't want to correct it even tho i paid extra $40 for insurance, i had to fix it with irs myself. I asked a simple question and was told to google the answer. Unbelievable. She was unhelpful, and either incompetent or just lazy or both.

Was not happy about the price advertised at 99$ for tax prep and charges over 300$ for one W2. But the staff at the Findlay office are very friendly and Professional.
