If I could give a zero, I would. The branch manager knows nothing. I travelled internationally and got hit with $840 of fees for using my debit card. I went to the branch prior to my travels and nobody mentioned the fees for using your card internationally. I contacted corp cust support and told them I was going to use the car internationally, and again nobody mentioned any 3%fees. Then I go to the bank and spoke with the branch manager who knew nothing about these fees and said nobody in her bank would either. Then they put me through to corp cust service and that individual said the fees are in disclosures, etc. Not appologizing for their lack of cust serv for not mentioning the fees. Huntington bank is not good to deal with and Findlay branch on Tiffin is clueless.

Do not EVEN try to get a mortgage through this bank. I was selling a rental house and after six months of back and forth my buyer went to Loan Depot and got everything done in about a month. Back to Huntington - the inspection listed several bad electrical outlets. I hired an electrician and told him to fix them and anything else he saw a problem with. Done. A month goes by and Huntington says they need a signed statement from the electrician saying he'd fixed what was called out in the inspection. I called him back and he provided the statement. Another month goes by and Huntington says they need the statement on the electrician's stationary along with his license number. He does so. A month goes by and Huntington says they need the electrician to provide another letter stating that all the electrical in the house was good. The house was built in 1935 and there is no way an ethical craftsman can sign off that every thing in the house is good. The fuse box is new and there are no indications of a problem. I talked to a couple of people in real estate and they said to never never go to Huntington. Live and learn.

I hope this bank doesn't agree with one it's employees on law enforcement. What if this bank is robbed who are they going to call? Probably law enforcement. Somebody that works at your bank thinks it's cool to make fun of an officer that was killed in Toledo. Hopefully something is done about this.

Gretchen is definitely NOT an asset to this Bank...Very unfriendly and treats you like you're an inconvenience. All other employees have been friendly and professional. She needs some guidance on how to treat people...I hope she seeks it soon.. .!

This bank is very customer unfriendly. I made a special trip from out of state because I wanted to close an account. The bank has no way to do that remotely. You have to do it in person. So I called to make sure they were open. I went to the bank and was told it was impossible to help me because I had not made an appointment. Fortunately I was able to drive to another town about 30 miles away to complete the transaction. This is NOT acceptable.

Had a banking issue at a different branch but thankfully Mieashia was there and helped us out! She put in a lot of work to help with the issue. I will defiently be using this bank from on thanks toner customer service skills and willing to go the extra mile.
