“Melissa and Amanda truly care about their customers and are AMAZING. Amanda informed me that my ring that i bought at the Lima location would not fit with my engagement ring. I was upset because I got that ring 9 months ago so there was no return policy since it was so long ago. My wedding isn’t until October so that’s why I waited so long to have it saudered with my engagement ring. She understood I was on a budget so could not buy a new ring. She got the assistant manager Melissa to get ahold of the district manager and see what they could do. In the end they got me a beautiful new ring and a watch for my future husband at no extra cost!!
