Called at 815 am because prescriptions were going to be put back. Told pharmacist someone would be in later today. Pharmacist said that was fine I had until tomorrow. My daughter went to pick up prescriptions and received 1 of the 3. I called the pharmacy, was put on hold numerous times then was told they sent the other 2 back. I explained that I had called and they didn't care. Incompetence at its best. This is not the first time Incompetence has prevailed!

This pharmacy never lets me down. I had forgot my medications somewhere and they worked with me to get new fills so I didn’t have to go without. They truly care about their patients and always work hard, while keeping a smile on their face. Love this pharmacy.

The women that works the front desk at the pharmacy tall with brown hair. was really rude to me while I was on the phone with my doctor about the medication I was picking up she got nasty and said I was to loud which I was using my inside voice. and other people are allowed to talk in line. So I can’t understand that. But next time I was there she refused my business saying I was combative. I called management and corp office and I still haven’t heard back about this situation. She also hung up on my doctors office who called to ask why I couldn’t pick up the much needed meds. I suggest people to not go to Krogers it’s always a long line of waiting and then to get rude service isn’t worth the trouble.

Show off and they have the drive-thru closed when it's supposed to be open go inside female tech is very rude do not like my answer when she asked me a question. Very poor performance for the Kroger pharmacy.

Decent pharmacy, most of the employees there are nice, it's difficult to get meds straighten out with some of the employees when they have to call the insurance companies, but the ones thats been there longer make up for that an provide perfect service.

I called in to Kroger pharmacy to get a prescription filled. The representative told me how much it would be and what time it would be ready. Shortly after, we received a text confirming that it was ready. The situation called for us to use this Kroger due to stocking issues, so we drove 30 minutes one way to pick it up. When we got there, the rep told us that they could not process it and to wait until their 'head tech' was there the next morning. We called into the manufacturer ourselves, and they gave us the phone number for the pharmacy to use to get this resolved right away. I went inside to provide that number. They told me they were too busy to call and I had to come in the next day anyways. I called in the next morning to confirm, and the medication was out of stock. This could have been resolved with under a five minute phone call with the number I provided them. Very poor customer service and a really bad experience. This is my first one star review of any company.
