DO NOT HAVE THE INSTALL TEAM INSTALL YOUR APPLIANCES.
I bought a new washer and dryer back in November of 2024, within a month and a handful of uses, the dryer quit working. I had gotten it to work again after calling to get the repair service to come out and take a look. then it almost caught on fire! come to find out, the install team connected the power cord incorrectly and the connection to the dryer was too loose. Unfortunately, this is one time too many with Lowe’s installation team doing something incorrect, causing my things to break and I will find somewhere else to buy my appliances.

All power tools looked up. No help button or bell. All employees just ignore you. 15 minutes to find someone to unlock the case.

Good stock, you might get crazy looks if your not white but it's like that pretty much everywhere in this town. Other then that they had everything I needed and rung me up fast

Very friendly and helpful staff. They had the material that I was looking for when the local competitors did not. Lower prices on certain things. Depending on what item you are looking to buy, Lowes will probably have it for $5 more. But they also have some items that the big M doesn't carry.

Cashier was rude & unhelpful. Asked for manager 4x before she called for assistance. When told she had an attitude that we were bothering her he rolled his eyes. He interrupted answering the assumed question & was wrong regarding the issue. I said I would have no problem spending $250 at Menards instead. Turned out to be that particular credit card reader & the cashier did not want to re ring my items. Anther associate printed the transaction & I was able to pay at the next register. Embarassed & Wasted 15 minutes with ppl behind us & treated like I couldn't pay for my items. All bc a young lady didn't want to be at work & has zero customer service skills and the manager cared more about being right than solving the issue. I'll stick w self check out any day over that non sense

This is for EVERYONE who are thinking about purchasing your appliances from Lowe’s in Findlay Ohio . We ordered all NEW ( GE ) appliances ( stove ,microwave and refrigerator) from Lowe’s in Findlay on February 28th , 2024 . They came on March 13th . We noticed a dent in the refrigerator and had it sent back . The second refrigerator came on March 24th . After TWO weeks we noticed that the refrigerator was frosted on the inside and was melting on our hardwood floors. My wife went in to Lowe’s to talk to the store manager (Scott A ) to see what he could do . The FIRST question he asked was “ Why didn’t you tell us within the first 48 hours of delivery “ ARE YOU SERIOUS ???? NOW THESE WERE HIS WORDS .
He said he would call GE BUT if he is put on hold for more than 5 minutes he would hang up BECAUSE he has things to do ! Are you F____king serious??? The customer service from the store manager (Scott A ) is totally unacceptable!! Why he has a job at a major BIG BOX STORE in a management position, I have no idea!!!! We got no help from him what so ever. The Findlay Lowe’s store manager (Scott A ) is worthless. (We) had to call GE after going through a lot of RED TAPE for over a month and 3 service calls with Dave’s Appliance out of Toledo to try to fix the problem. After the 3 service calls they were going to have to replace the compressor (that had a hole in it ) the tower, the door seals , the evaporator and the dryer. Mind you , THIS IS A BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR !!!When we called GE they said they were so sorry and they will give us a full refund. They also said that they were sorry for how the Findlay Lowe’s manager treated us. It’s now June 14th and we have our refund in hand for the refrigerator. So , instead of going through Lowe’s in Findlay to get a new MATCHING refrigerator we went to Home Depot in BG and our new GE refrigerator will arrive on July 2nd . We even saved over $500 going through Home Depot in BG .
So , DON’T go through Lowe’s in Findlay because Scott A the store manager could care less about you because from what he says “ he is much too busy “ . 🤬🤬🤬
Scott A , you are a piss poor manager and you should be demoted to cashier to LEARN how to treat customers because YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!
I look forward to hearing back from Lowe’s owners “auto response “ that they send to ALL customers who are unhappy with the service they got on this matter . I’ll call the 1-800 number and give Lowe’s corporate people an ear full about their store manager (Scott A ) in Findlay and I will recommend they demote him or worse because he IS NOT representing Lowe’s as good customer service representative . Especially at a store manager position.

Helpful staff and clean inside. A few birds flying around inside. Self checkout is quick and easy. They always have what I want and never an issue with service. Thanks home depot.

I purchased a brand new refrigerator from Lowe’s I paid for delivery on this product and I also paid for extended warranty on this product! Upon delivery and installation I was advised by the Lowe’s installer that I was able to transfer my food and medicine to the refrigerator right away and wait three hours for transfer of meat to the freezer. I put my food and medication in the refrigerator and left for work to come back and find that the refrigerator didn’t work and my food and medicine was ruined . I contacted Lowe’s they put it off as manufacturing company issue then the manufacturing company Midea is stating that they are not able to reimburse me for my loss of items however they want to send me a one time payment for $150 to cover the $1,168.00 medicine loss . I am so upset this is my diabetic medication that I needed! I missed three doses ! Shout out to Lowe’s for not helping their customers with their product issue! This is poor customer service and experience!
