Miserable people here. Some grey bearded manager came to hand me my ppwrk after delivery and proceeded to yell and scream at me about a load that was clearly not loaded properly by the DC but somehow it's my fault? One row of concrete is going to magically stay in place down the middle of the trailer without any kind of straps? We pick up the loads already sealed BTW. And the stores NEVER clean out the trailers even though it's supposed to go with the load. But to scream and tell at me like a maniac is unacceptable behavior! I pity the employees that work here.

I apologize however when I spoke to an Anna on the phone she was very rude and unhelpful. I did not appreciate the way she handled our conversation.

Had to share my wonderful experience with Findlay OH Menards .
Grace is hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful person we have had the pleasure to deal with since starting a kitchen remodel. She knew all her products and inventory by memory and was so willing to answer all the questions we had !
So appreciated Grace.

I went to Menards in Findlay Ohio to purchase paint for my senior parking spot. We got the paint and went home . When we picked up the paint to move it into my car out of my friends it spilt… ON MY CARPET THATS TAN the paint was dark green. The worker (David) in the paint department did not shut paint can all the way. When we called they said we can come get a new can and painter cleaner for the carpet. We got there and never got an apology and the worker tried to be as mad as us as if his car got damaged… that’s all thank you

Findlay menards, Alex r. Should not be a manager, was treated like a criminal all because his cashier made a mistake will use my store credit and rebates already cut up my credit card will take my business to Lowes.
