When in there to have a couple parts of my exhaust system fixed. They wanted to do the whole system even though it didn't need it and wanted $3300. Up charging through the roof. Also wouldn't give me a price guess over the phone even though it was a common problem in those cars. Called a few others got it done for $400-$600. Wont be using these guys for anything in the future and will be telling anyone I know to not go to this place. Out here trying to scam people. Makes you wonder who they have taken advantage of in the past.

In the fall of 2024, one of the people who worked here was involved in a kickback scheme. They ordered a used engine for our SUV and told us to take it to Big Lugz because the worker's "buddy owned it". But "don't tell Midas, bro" I'll get fired. According to my invoice from Midas, the service writer is C.S. and the person who spoke on the phone is Jeremy. Big Lugz wrecked our vehicle and we are pursuing legal action.

Good: Appointment availability and online scheduling; they provided a free mobile report / vehicle inspection with pictures.
Bad: Customer service; communication; refused to provide physical / paper receipt for over $1000 of work.
Had an appointment for an oil change; got a call later that I needed more work done but they’d have to order parts. When I picked up my car, I was able to set up an appointment for next weekend. Dropped my car off the following weekend in the early AM and waited around at home all day to only get a call 30 minutes before closing that they never got the parts in and they needed to keep the car until Monday. The whole reason I set up a 2nd appointment was so they had time to order and get parts in; but apparently they don’t order parts until the car is at the shop again. They already had the car in the shop so I agreed to pick the vehicle up Monday.
Monday evening I picked up the vehicle and provided a $75 off $500 coupon at checkout; asked for a physical receipt and was told they no longer provide them because everything is digital now; the original quote from over a week ago was the receipt. Checked my pending transactions that night and they ended up charging the original amount without the coupon. Would have probably caught the issue at checkout if there was any way to confirm charges or if I would have had a physical receipt. There’s no screens for the customer to review on what they're being charged at checkout; just a total amount and card reader.
Had to go into the shop a 4th time to get a refund and front desk was apathetic at best. Never really apologized for the invoice issue or holding the car up an extra 3 days. Customer service has definitely went downhill and we’ll be looking elsewhere for our regular maintenance and oil changes going forward.

The worst first and last time ever experience at this shop! First they said I had to pay for diagnostic tests which was 99 dollars fine, then said what they thought was the problem with my car and proceeded to fix it with the new parts, well that didn’t fix my car so I had to leave til Monday morning! Well they call me and said they still couldn’t get my car to stay running and they said it might be the timing, so $1179.73 later I had to get my car tow to another dealership cause they couldn’t fix it! Never again will I go to Midas or recommend them to anyone! I wish I have never stop in there! A minus 10 for this shop! 😩😡🤬

Mad a appointment showed up 10 minutes early took 20 minutes to pull the car in and as the worker got in and took off so hard I lifted the frunt end of my car sat in lobby a nether 10 minutes before it was even racked thay use bad language well working in the shop and took a nether 30 minutes to balance my tiers with was all need done this place has gone down hill

Not a great place I had appointment 5pm yesterday at 5pm then said there to busy we can get you in next day at 1pm I waiting half hour and no one came to the desk will be reporting then to the BBB don't waste your time or money findlay Midas does not care about there Customers I also will be reporting them to corporate

I have been to Midas now 5 times & getting no where??? After reading the reviews, it's so frustrating, are the even fixing it or just ripping me off? I've spent enough money with them to know that my car should be running smoothly. My engine light is back on and my gas tank is still humming.... Stalls on me. They supposedly put a new fuel pump on and sensors?? But I've now had it bc gosh it's still doing the same thing, I'm so tired of going to Midas every week an all day event? Please just fix what you can't do. I'm gonna have to take it to higher hands if this isn't resolved this Monday.... I am not wasting another dollar for you to rip me off! Just FIX it!!!!! If I had to refer someone I can't bc they should have gotten it right the first time. I was hoping for a company I could trust. But sure enough I'm sadly mistaken... I want compensated for what your doing!

Very quick to diagnose the issue with my daughter's car. Got the parts and fixed it the same day. Very courteous and explained everything in full. Definitely recommend and will be back

Wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely anyone in a million years. Had my tires changed and they forgot valve stem caps. I have 2 sensors going off in my car that "they can't fix" and they refuse to reimburse which cost me an extra $150 at the ford dealership. Go anywhere else.

I would be highly suspect of their warranty. Poor quality in parts and labor. I had to have my entire front braking system, calipers, rotors, pads, lines done after only 18k miles after they did all this work. Their warranty really only covers the brake pads themselves but not the labor. Beware of this location.

THIS IS A RIP OFF SHOP BE CAREFUL WILL OVER CHARGE OR FIX STUFF DONT NEED IT Do not trust the staff at all I got tires though showplace they tried to double charge me I had a swaybar link need tighten they said if they do it it be extra 240 buck I was shocked he said 1he labor 140 and alignment is 100 I said they are paying for with the tires he said he have to re alignment it .....just do it once at the end he said do you want it or not and if you don't we ain't aligning it the though my tires out and gave it back I was shocked BTW most shops would have charged 20 maybe 50 to tighten that bolt witch is where the car going now RIP OFF SHOP BE CAREFUL

driving through on the way to a concert when my tire explodes and NO WHERE can get me in. called midas in literal tears and they seemed super busy but could still get me in & as they were my only hope i gave up on the idea of making it to the concert and accepted that i would be spending my saturday stranded here but they took it back right away anyway and i was gone in time to still make it. this place absolutely saved my whole day and experience
