Purchased a battery just under a year ago and the replaced it after they ran their test on it and didn't make me jump thru a bunch of hoops to get it done. Thank you Ohio Automotive for great service.

They were 1 of only 2 part store that could even get the part I needed, and their price was $12 less. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the part came in a day late. Very knowledgeable staff!

Joel went above and beyond getting me a wheel seal for one of our dump trucks after Kenworth gave me the wrong part number..... saving us from downtime on a Monday when the truck should be working..... if you're happy with the service.... the boys like doughnuts ? show em you appreciate what they do for you!
