Most of the time you can't even reach out to you people. If you have a problem with somebody's review then maybe get a hold of them outside of the Google maps. Look them up on Facebook. Look them up however, or send them a private message. Don't do it on here. Or call them or contact them somehow. But do your own footwork.”
