Upon entering store, there were at least 3 CSR all standing together talking and doing nothing. I asked a question and felt like the answer was very rude and careless. Noone offered to assist me in finding what I needed.

They have a fair amount of stock for what I'm looking for ( mainly dog and cat supplies ) I can't speak for reptile and bird supplies, although I know they do have it along with some of each animal. They're not too busy generally and line wait is non existent depending on when you go in. If you hit them at the wrong time, like anywhere there will be a little bit of a wait. In my experience the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The only complaint I've ever had is it can be a pain to enter and exit the parking lot depending on the traffic on tiffin avenue unless you're turning right, then it's no issue. There's not a bunch of parking, but again I've never seen all the spaces used so it's ample for what it is.

Horrible experience with self wash dog service. One wash station did not have a mat for dog to stand on and was slipping everywhere, finally threw a towel in there for her to stand on. Absolutely zero water pressure on the station. So we had to switch stations with our 2 German shepards to get them rinsed. And then the blow dryer had no pressure. We have washed our dogs in many places and states.. this was clearly the worst one.
After we were done drying they had turned the water off so my wife had to get one of the 2 employees standing there doing nothing except watching us to turn water back on to rinse off.
After baths our dogs get treats. Picked them out then stood at register for 5 minutes for cashier to come back to register to ring us out. I was about to walk out and leave my stuff if she had been 10 seconds later I would have been gone. Not sure who runs that store but the cashier was not one of the 2 standing in the back twidling their thumbs. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Will update next location since we bought the dirty dog package.

Good prices and wide selections. Not always that fast to check you out because they don't seem to have an assigned register person. They are all doing several jobs. Overall, it is a good place to go for pet supplies.

The younger dark haired shorter girl (forgive me I cannot remember her name) but she was incredibly sweet and very helpful with help finding exactly what I needed. She's also very knowledgeable when it comes to a lot of pet care! The only complaint is the prices are a lot higher than other places, but PSP has always been that way. All of these pet stores are. The one by Walmart is even more expensive like outrageously but the only other option is Tractor Supply and everyone knows they are aswell. But I don't think these pet stores would survive. Pet Smart did not last at all and they were even higher so I'd imagine thats why. Findlay is really good about shopping local although I know this store isn't I just wanted to acknowledge this young lady for her hard work a dedication helps others and doing her job the best she can! I was in a hurry stressed and frustrated because of not being able to find what I needed for my cat. Had been to 3 stores already and she actually calmed me down a lot and explained a little bit of detail about the issue with my cat and suggested I try a certain drop they carried. From looking online I wanted something w antibiotics in it but I could not find anything like that locally only online. Of course much cheaper. But I wanted something and needed it immediately to get my cat something other than just a rinse and the normal care for his eye!!! She side bring them back if they don't work and you get something different! They worked extremely well and within 24 hours his eye was already beginning to clear up and the swelling went down. Thank goodness for this young lady! I was so worried but thankfully with her knowledge and help he's doing much better and his discomfort was gone overnight practically because the swelling around his eye had subsided! I am going to be going to PSP from now on when it comes to anything regarding my pets health! She is also very knowledgeable with dogs and many other animals as well!!! P.S. she has really super long natural brown hair thank you a million!!!!

I bought a bag of Science Diet dog food there and my dogs would not eat it and they took it back no problem the next day refunded my money within 24 hours back to my card I would recommend shopping here

The dog bath area was very clean which usually isn't the case. A sign in front of each tub said it had been disinfected. The tubs were very clean so wondering if maybe someone new who is doing a great job.
