Findlay OH, Made an appointment for a dog grooming. Was asked if my dog was all up to date on it's shots. I responded yes.. Appointment was made and I showed up the day of.... They declined my dog because I didn't have the rabies shot record with me. I told the employee I was never told to bring a copy. They refused to take my dog. I drove 45 minutes to this appointment and had plans during the appointment. Messed up my whole morning. I wouldn't come back here to have my fat ass shaved.

Shelves are always kept neat and stocked. Walkways are never obstructed. The workers are always young ones which is good, the manager is doing something right because they do seem to take their jobs seriously and are always polite. 1 less star bc the store always seem understaffed and I would prefer to see the mammals receive more interaction from the workers there for social health on both ends.

The overall haircut was amazing, I was very pleased with how the groomers cut my fur baby. However, my pup was sent home with a chemical burn in his eye and I was very unpleased and disappointed.

Things I’ll be talking about: the store and the pet I bought from it.
The store was very clean and the staff were so friendly! I always love stopping in to check out their cute cats. They have a big window so you can see into their grooming area, they always do such a good job when cleaning up the pets that come in.
My cat:
(Let me set the scene) I had just finished taking an exam when I saw a PetSmart. I’ve been wanting a cat for a while and decided to stop in to see what selection they had. 4 cats were in cages.
Cat 1- Dona (was a bit schizophrenic seeing as she was swatting at thin air) - this is a joke, this cat was perfectly healthy.
Cat 2- Bitter Sweet (He hates life. He just wants to lay and eat but Dona keeps biting him) - Donna likes to play, Bitter Sweet did not.
Cat 3- Checkers (Was laying in a box, in a corner side eyeing me the whole time.) - I didn’t even notice she was there till I went around to the glass and saw her. All the cats greeted me besides her.
Cat 4- I do not know the name of seeing as they were adopted but waiting to be picked up. - Very loving and playful cat, purred as soon as they saw me
Can you guess which cat I picked?…that’s right! I picked Checkers. She was 6 months when I got her and she’s currently 8 months old. She was $75 which I thought was so amazing since she’s been neutered and had her shots up to date! (Buying litter, food, and all the other accessories made the price a bit higher) I was told by the staff that Checkers was a very loving cat and to just give her a few days. They said this as they were struggling to put her in her cat carrier. ?Nonetheless I was very excited! She was indeed a loving cat! She sat in my lap the whole car ride home, she loves to cuddle at night, is very playful, loves to cuddle with my dog, and is great at catching mice!
I thought Checkers wasn’t a very fitting name so I renamed her to Jennifer Pickles but most of the time I just call her Kitty. I love her so much. She always loves to lay on my chest and purr at night.
10/10 I highly recommend getting your cats from here. Bonus! She’s good with kids.

Took dog into get groomed and he came out with three pretty sizeable cuts on one of his legs. Staff said they thought my dog was having a reaction to the shampoo that they used there. Turns out it's the same shampoo I use at home ?. Called manager to voice displeasure but the manager was less than accommodating

Lady in the back with the fish (has pink hair on the ends) is very rude. Doesn’t engage or talk to the customers. Wouldn’t let us buy fish a few days ago and had to come back 4 days later to get them. Very unsociable and unprofessional.
