“The staff was absolutely amazing.. I was having issues with insurance to get my prescription nebulizer covered. I was going back and forth with calls to my family dr, er dr. And insurance trying to find a solution and got absolutely no where with them. One of the staff members then pulled out her personal debit card and paid for it for me, other staff members then pulled out money to put towards it themself. They truly went above and beyond what they needed to do to help.. I definitely left there with a grateful heart and tears in my eyes Thank you very much for all you do..”

“I had a tooth abscess I'm very bad pain I called my doctor for prescription to get antibiotic they didn't have the antibiotic they prescribed the lady at the pharmacy called around to find somebody that did above and beyond then she called the doctor to see if there was another antibiotic cheaper cuz I could not afford $500 for an antibiotic so late in the day after I pretty much give up I came home and went to sleep in pain I woke up looked at my phone the Walmart pharmacy had text me and told me that they had got my prescription and filled it for me so I drove to town almost 20 mi at the very end of the day and they had my prescription filled for me for $20 these people at the pharmacy on Trenton avenue are excellent truly one of a kind they are like family they looked after me in my time of trial I'm forever grateful cuz none of this it didn't have to do none of it but they did they are wonderful people and truly what the American Spirit is all about and forever grateful to the Friends at the Walmart pharmacy on Trenton avenue Findlay Ohio when the chips are down they are there for you my name is Barry Leroy meekins”

“I use this pharmacy as it’s close and convenient. Yes, the staff aren’t super friendly and some things do take times but I prefer that over fake niceness and the “I want it now” mentality that society has. It’s a nice reminder to the better days when life wasn’t instantaneous with the internet and what not. I want to come in, get my stuff, and then leave. That’s all I want and this CVS fulfills that.”

“I was having difficulties getting a medication that has been having a shortage. My old pharmacy did not notify me or even tell me when they would get any in. I called here and first of all someone actually answered the phone! Something I haven't been use to in years! The lady was extremely helpful, kind and not rude at all. Again something I haven't been use to in years now. She got everything worked out for me, she got the prescription from the old pharmacy I went to, my insurance information all without hassle or me having to call back and forth between places. She got me the medicine I was out of for days now quickly to me in less then a day. Pick up was easy, no long line to wait in, just two very helpful kind ladies who I want to thank profusely for helping me get my medicine I needed right away. I am very thankful ? and appreciative for their help. You got a new customer and I'm never looking back. Other places should take notes, this is how customer service should be. Thank you again so much for all your help.”
