“After not having any luck with various HRT medicines from my local practitioner, I was referred to Stan in Findlay, Ohio. I do not regret spending over $1,000 (insurance won't reimburse anything for non-FDA approved treatments). Nor do I regret all the drives to Findlay and feeling absolutely miserable with hot flashes for the 14 weeks that I tried Stan's various concoctions because I met some absolutely wonderful people. These folks here are the sweetest, so so soooo kind! For example, when they overcharged my credit card and I later caught it and brought it to their attention, they immediately credited my money back. Yay! When in their pharmacy I had them double-check to make sure they really gave me the corrected prescription and they didn't, they immediately admitted their mistake and had me wait while they prepared what I should have received. Yay! The two times Stan couldn't meet me as scheduled, they called me the next day to make another appointment and up until when they had to tell me they could not help me, they always took my phone calls or responded to my emails. Yay! Ultimately, after 14 weeks and $1,000 Stan said he couldn't help so I called the Cleveland Clinic. I had a 20-minute telehealth visit with an OBGYN and they called in two prescriptions. Within four days my hot flashes stopped, truly like a miracle! I don't think I would have found the Cleveland Clinic, or known how easy it is to deal with them (and insurance covered 100%) had I not gone through all of this hell with Scarbrough's.”

“We stopped here while passing through town to get some gas and a few supplies. They had a clean bathroom, which was nice! They have a Starbucks located in this store, as well. The aisles were wide and the store was easy to navigate so that I could find what I needed quickly.”

“The best! Even though this location (101 6th St.) doesn’t have a drive through, I think it’s worth it to park your car and go in just to be served by this always friendly, competent staff. I transferred all of my scripts from Walgreens to Kroger when I first moved to the area (‘18) b/c Walgreens kept making the most ridiculous errors (like changing my name in their computer, more than once [?!]), and this pharmacy has never, not ONCE, made an error with my Rxs. BTW Ming is the BEST pharmacist I have ever had, from ANY company, far and away. As far as this location v. other Kroger pharmacies, oy. Don’t even get me started on Kenton. A sh** show! And Tiffin Ave.? Blank stares with your questions; takes days and days to fill something that this pharmacy does in 15 minutes (without you even asking!). One word: GANGBUSTERS!”

“I had a tooth abscess I'm very bad pain I called my doctor for prescription to get antibiotic they didn't have the antibiotic they prescribed the lady at the pharmacy called around to find somebody that did above and beyond then she called the doctor to see if there was another antibiotic cheaper cuz I could not afford $500 for an antibiotic so late in the day after I pretty much give up I came home and went to sleep in pain I woke up looked at my phone the Walmart pharmacy had text me and told me that they had got my prescription and filled it for me so I drove to town almost 20 mi at the very end of the day and they had my prescription filled for me for $20 these people at the pharmacy on Trenton avenue are excellent truly one of a kind they are like family they looked after me in my time of trial I'm forever grateful cuz none of this it didn't have to do none of it but they did they are wonderful people and truly what the American Spirit is all about and forever grateful to the Friends at the Walmart pharmacy on Trenton avenue Findlay Ohio when the chips are down they are there for you my name is Barry Leroy meekins”

“I have used this Rite aid for years. The pharmacy is great and they are very reliable and are good with communication. My scripts have always been filled in an acceptable amount of time and they have a nice grocery area to grab a couple things i need as well. I like the rewards program too with your wellness card. Much faster than those big box stores and personal service.”
“I always prefer this Walmart to, not only the other retails in town, but the other Walmart too! I travel further to get here because they always seem to have what I need ready and in stock. The associates are always polite and helpful when needed.”
“The staff was absolutely amazing.. I was having issues with insurance to get my prescription nebulizer covered. I was going back and forth with calls to my family dr, er dr. And insurance trying to find a solution and got absolutely no where with them. One of the staff members then pulled out her personal debit card and paid for it for me, other staff members then pulled out money to put towards it themself. They truly went above and beyond what they needed to do to help.. I definitely left there with a grateful heart and tears in my eyes Thank you very much for all you do..”

“This is the best pharmacy is Findlay! I've never met a more friendly, helpful staff anywhere else. If I have a question, they are eager to help me, they contact my doctor's office if needed, etc etc. They always have my prescriptions in order, ready to go. I also love the automated reminder service for my prescription every 3 months. Great place! I'll never go anywhere else (I actually travel all the way across town to go there, when I live within walking distance from a Walgreens)!”

“I use this pharmacy as it’s close and convenient. Yes, the staff aren’t super friendly and some things do take times but I prefer that over fake niceness and the “I want it now” mentality that society has. It’s a nice reminder to the better days when life wasn’t instantaneous with the internet and what not. I want to come in, get my stuff, and then leave. That’s all I want and this CVS fulfills that.”
