After reviewing multiple other reviews wish I could issue a lesser star. Driver i80 westbound pulling trailer 412 needs put out of service asap. Gonna get someone killed trying to push slower people out of his way tailgating. Will be reporting to troopers/IDOT.

Trailer 400 incredibly rude merging on to 75 from 94 in Detroit. Could have easily slowed down to let me in but I believe intentionally sped up to force me off road.

Trailer 528 is either drunk or just shouldn’t have a license. Swerving at people to force himself into lanes and tailgates people with his high beams on.

Based on the driving skills of 237 right now on E bound i94 in MI I would not recommend this company to anyone. Apparently it’s easier for your drivers to cut vehicles off going 70mph than it is for them to pay attention to how close they’re getting to the vehicles in front of them. Do better.

We have been working with Pride Transportation Co Inc would highly recommend them! They pick up and deliver on time, have good communication, and are always friendly. We will definitely continue to work with this company.

Yesterday following one of they're trucks, couldn't see a trailer number but fuel tank is missing from passenger side. While traveling westbound US 50 Indiana approximately 3:30 p.m. truck locked up his brakes at a yield Versailles, then a while later he came to a stoplight too fast and locked them up again which the tires smoked. Not sure what was going on but this was very noticeable.

The problem with this place is Greg Bickley, their VP of sales. He lies about the facts, then blames the client for it. He is a discredit to his profession, and his threats against myself were uncalled for. He could also use a refresher course in the English language.

Worst broker ever. They don't fight for their drivers. Their dispatch has no clue what they're doing, especially after hours. Be very cautious when taking loads from them.In response to your response:"A freight broker is an individual or company that serves as a liaison between another individual or company that needs shipping services and an authorized motor carrier. Though a freight broker plays an important role in the movement of cargo, the broker doesn't function as a shipper or a carrier."A liaison is a "communication or cooperation which facilitates a close working relationship between people or organizations." Now that we have those things defined, you were not a liaison for us. Even though it's not your responsibility on how the load is stacked or if it shifts, you are responsible for helping find a solution. The nightshift person was in over her head, she tried but seemed like she didn't know what to do and was unable to reach people because it was a Friday. All we kept hearing was "this never happens" even though there was another truck with the same issue sitting there from the same exact shipper. I, personally, called the receiver for 2 hours until I reached a dock/receiving manager. We came up with a solution that would take time but saved the load from being delivered back to the shipper. Thank goodness our driver went the extra mile and unloaded and reloaded each one of those skids of flour with the help of the nightshift guys once they got there. We did submit the lumping fee through our factoring company recently since you said you offered to pay it. In reality we requested it and never got an answer. I've attached the last communication we had with Pride with the exception of this. I guess I'm putting this all out there because whether it's your personal drivers or a subcontracted driver (someone you brokered) it would be beneficial for everyone if you fought/worked a little harder for them!
