This is HANDS DOWN the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The mattress was stained so bad I slept out in my car. Every inch of this hotel smelt like strait weed and cigarettes. The front desk clerk smelt like pot and so did the manager. I fell like this hotel should definitely be reported and shut down or have a new management crew. Something needs changed or someone needs fired because this place is a dump.

Only good thing about this place is the location. The front desk ladies are getting high on their break smoking weed right outside the lobby, our bathroom door is breaking in half, and there’s a plastic bag over our smoke detector and it smells like smoke. If I didn’t prepay for a week, I would’ve checked out today. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

If I could put zero stars I would, doors are falling and things are already broken. Smelt like cigarettes inside the room. Stains on the sheets. Not satisfied.

Horrible hospitality… front desk workers were very disrespectful, bathrooms door is falling apart, door lock is broken and there is a plastic bag over our smoke detector

I traveled here for work and the customer service was awful, awful, awful. The lady that runs the breakfast is very rude and I would not stay here again.

Be very careful when reserving a room. We have stayed at other Quality Inns over the years and were content. . I should have read the reviews first. When I read complaints about roaches, bed bugs and overall filth, I cancelled the room. Now we’re stuck with the room charge. Buyer beware!
