After reviewing comments from other customers, I'm in good company when it comes to people who are less than satisfied with their service. Reineke Ford had a used truck for sale that I was very interested in. I called on a Friday afternoon, and spoke to Josh, and my wife called earlier and spoke to a female sales agent. I explained that I work midnight's, and had to work the entire weekend, but that getting off Monday morning, with a few hours of sleep, I would make the hour drive down to the dealership to take the truck for a test drive. I asked if they could hold the vehicle for me, and both sales people assured us that they would. I asked if I need to hold the vehicle with a downpayment, and was assured that this wasn't necessary. Josh assured me he would put the keys on his desk, preventing anyone from selling the truck, before I had an opportunity to come down to look at it by 1pm Monday. Josh called my wife around 9am Monday, to tell her that the truck had sold, and to tell your husband not to bother coming down. I was very frustrated to learn that it had sold. Hard to believe that someone cannot honor their promise to hold a vehicle for half a days time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, based on my experience alone, let alone all the other similar complaints I see posted from other people.

never go to this place. i needed an appointment and all sierra wanted to talk to me about is that my waranty (front to back was up) . every time i call there that is all they want to talk about. i told her i had the 100000 extended waranty and she said well we have to charge you for the diagnosis. look lady i need my car fixed. i did not think that it would be for nothing. then she told me it would not be until the end of the month, lets hope my tranny holds out. today i called raabe and it was a total different atmosphere my appointment next week. thank you raabe always ahead of the rest. i would have not given you any stars but i had too. never never to here.

I am in town from a Indiana. Findlay has very little EV Chargers available. I own a 2023 Ford Mach E GTPE and was hoping to get a little bit of charge. They have one advertised on PlugShare. I showed up to the dealer and they have a charger in the guest parking lot. I was told that incant use It and it's not for the public. I offered to pay but was turned away. This does dealer does not support ford owners with EV cars.

Nice sales staff but unfortunately the service department is the most unresponsive, not trustworthy and slowest of any car dealership I have ever experienced since driving for over 50 years. Save yourself the continuing frustration of a poor service department and purchase your vehicle elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service department. Will not be back for service or to purchase a new vehicle. Brought my truck in for an oil change. Over two day span they managed to drain my battery enough to the point it couldn’t even be jump started before I picked it up. So they charged me for a new battery since they drained it. Great customer service! Never again.

I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer and first started with bad customer service. I should have just turned around and went to a different Ford dealer. Since having my vehicle (purchased end of September) I have had it in the shop 3 times already!! After telling me it was fixed AGAIN.... I picked my vehicle up today and it STILL continues to do the same thing!! I am beyond frustrated!! I would NEVER recommend Reineke Ford in Findlay!!! After reading some of the reviews it sure looks like the manager doesn't care that they have extremely unhappy customers. Now after calling Ford corporate office I have a case going and was directed to call the Attorney General office to file as well.

I went into the this dealership Thursday June 11th to purchase a Ford Explorer. I filled out the credit application and put a deposit on the vehicle because my husband wouldn't be able to come in until Saturday June 13th. My husband and I went in Saturday to find out they SOLD the vehicle I put a deposit on. Had they called me to tell me I would have possibly understood. I even had a text from the dealer this morning asking me questions. They were planning on bringing me a different one in from a different dealership to replace this one like I wouldn't have noticed. I'm very upset. I will never shop there again. I wasted hours just to get the run around.

I called Reineke Ford in Findlay to schedule my vehicle for service. The receptionist directed my call to the service department. The phone rang and rang until I got routed back to the receptionist. I told her I was waiting on service dept to pick up the phone. This happened 3 times before their system hung up on me. I called back about an hour later. I asked the receptionist to direct my call to service dept. This time I got sent to a 3rd party call center. I described the issue with my vehicle and she told me I needed to schedule an appointment. (No kidding. That is why I was calling). She told me that the dealership would call me back to schedule. Several days went by and I never heard from Reineke. So I called Thayer in Bowling Green. They answered the phone, scheduled an appointment for the same day and had my truck back on the road the next day. I would recommend driving an extra half hour North to Thayer if you are in Findlay and need your Ford worked on.

They got it so my husband could get a good car from them and he has had to take it up there 5 times in just the first month he had it and said they would fix the stuff wrong with it that all he had to do is bring it in and they gave him a fight the hole way and the first time he took it up to get the oil change he was there 3 and 1/2 hrs and then told him the tech was not in so they could not fix his club box and he would have to come back at a later time and then when he did they told him he would have to pay for the diagnostic they would only pay to get it fixed so the buying part was nice but make sure there's nothing wrong with it because I will fight you the whole way to fix it even if they tell you they well with an IOU paper

I took my car in for service repair and they fixed the one concern but didn't put the rear license plate lights in place. They did an oil change on my car and didn't fill out the Ford multipoint inspection sheet, then took my car in the second time and they couldn't wash it bc there car wash was down not very impressed with there service!

One of the most unprofessional, Unethical, deceiving dealerships I've ever had to deal with. They make a deal, you apply for financing and get approved by two different financing companies. When you choose the one they don't want, they come back and change the deal because they didn't make money on the financing. A car they had listed online two days ago for $45,000 is now listed for $50,000. They promise and promise to call you back, but never actually do. They wasted a week of my time because they have no idea what they are doing.

Very terrible experience with the service department. Brought my F350 in for the "Ford death wobble" and a vibration in the rear end. The gave me a $1500 estimate to fix front end and no estimate for the rear end. They told me my shocks we're bad and also steering dampener. They replaced both and wobble was worse than when I brought it in. Then they tried caster sleeves. Which also did not fix it. They finally told me it would be $1000 to remove vibration from rear end and an additional $500 to fix front end right. I had them fix the rear end and it ended up being closer to $1200. Now if I haul anything more than a gallon of milk in the bed I can smell hot gear oil. I fixed my front end death wobble myself in 1.5 hrs with $16 in parts. To sum it up, I have spent nearly $3000, had to fix the one problem myself and the other problem was never fixed. Take your vehicle somewhere else. I got ripped off and you will too. They really do not know what they are doing at Reineke Ford. Their Lima shop is no better. I had bad experiences there before I decided to try Findlay. Better off to go to Raabe or Cole Motors. Good luck.

The recall work was done well and in a timely manner. However, last time there was recall work to be done, they gave ma a tank of gas, and I felt they should have done so this time. Also when rotating the tires they didn't check the pressure as the check tires light came on the next day. Otherwise well done.

My daughter took her car there to get the oil changed and her tires rotated. She also stated that her head light was out. When we went back to get the vehicle the light was not changed. When we questioned the man behind the counter he said the light wasn't out. Long story short, they said they fixed the light and they weren't charging us. The next day my daughter said the light was still out, we took the car back and they said it was probably a short. They put in a new light, charged us and stated that they didn't fix it yesterday because it wasn't in the record. We won't be going back. Lastly, the guy behind the counter was rude and rolled his eyes several times. I have taken my car there several times, but that will be the last time.
