I wont be returning went 1 time had an incident with my dog he is 3 months. I had to informed them he has never had his nail clipped before I did the 21 dollar package for nails ears and glands. He did great for ears and nails but when it came to his glands being done what ever that consisted of he turned and bit the tech. It was a very traumatic experience I can only imagine for the tech with razor sharp puppy teeth into her arm. I felt terrible about situation. The girls were amazing that were there. They didn't know he would bite at all none of us did, but I did say before hand he has never have had this done before. After the incident happened they called the lady in charge we waited for her to arrive I gave all my information to the girls and my dogs information. The lady Im charge upon arrival was rude and nasty towards me. Made me feel it was my fault that the incident occurred. As I was standing there waiting to check out after the incident another large approached my little 3 month old puppy sitting between my legs started freaking out and she began to get angry at me about controlling my dog. When the huge dog was being held by a 13 year old and being dragged towards my dog but yet I was bad guy. I was given an attitude and ignored when I said to both the tech and the lady in charge I had to leave to get my kids from school because I was already waiting 45 min since incident occurred and also left everything they would need to contact me. When I reached out to my vet office they informed me that the girls here should not be performing the gland check if it is done wrong or not done by professional they can cause lots of pain and discomfort or worse injury. The dog warden when had called to do the report he also informed me that they have had multiple reports of dog bites from this location. He said there were a number of dog bites here and while I was sitting there waiting 1 dog prior to mine had same thing done almost bit the tech. Then proceeding after me while the lady in charge was there the other girls did same 21 dollar exam on that dog and he went crazy on the table as well almost bit another girl. Literally barely missed her arm she pulled away within seconds of getting bit. I feel the staff that was there was so nice friendly and caring truly they were amazing but I don't believe some of the services they are providing should done there. Will not be returning felt for as many dog bites as the dog warden said they have had recently it doesn't seem reassuring to go back. Plus the lady once again that came in to handle situation was not friendly nor pleasant just came in already mad and ready to blame me for the incident. I apologized numerous times during the incident to the tech while waiting for her boss to arrive and yet was treated very rudley but supervisor like it was an incovience for her to come out for another dog bit according to dog warden. Hopefully the gal that was bit is doing better and like I said staff was super friendly except for supervisor that came but definatley won't be returning from what my vet and dog warden said about the glands they shouldn't be doing and the numerous bite attacks.

I enjoy taking my dogs here. Randi will get down on the floor. To make my 155lb Rottweiler at ease. She's not a fan of many people. But she's always happy to see her nail trimming buddy.

I just wanted to say that this is not DOG GROOMER and because Grooming entails a lot of things and this is a hair trim and of course bathing and nails and anal and that's it. It's not a full haircutting at all

Took my dog here today for the first time. I was very happy. It was fast and I felt the price was reasonable. Those complaining of the price are ridiculous. It's inflation and they clearly state the prices up front.

Very professional and caring for our elderly dog. She has always hated nail trims and with her arthritic joints she is more difficult. They did a good job and quickly.
