Going in I was kind of nervous, having messy bleached hair and going into a beauty supply store I was expecting to get some judgmental looks. However, upon entering I was greeted by two very kind and upbeat employees. I initially denied their help out of embarrassment, but ended up asking for recommendations. I wish I had gotten their name, but the person had black and yellow hair and immediately started looking at my hair and explaining their recommendations to me. They weren’t overly customer service-y or trying to sell me expensive stuff, just speaking from their personal experience. As a person with social anxiety, it really helps feeling like a person rather than just a customer.

Now with new management & employees I will actually shop here again. The previous manager & her employees were so rude and awful.Now the store is clean, it’s easy to find things, the new employees & manager are so awesome!! Not only are they super sweet but they always have lots of information.I color my hair twice a month & they always make sure my hair stays in the best shape it can. Not only that but they helped me sign up for discounts and my own Sally Account. I’ve definitely spread the word that Sallys is my Go To beauty store again!!I really love the new crew!! Keep it up Sallys!

I wouldn’t recommend doing an online order here. Especially if you have moved and didn’t change your phone number. I placed two orders today online both of them got canceled due to my billing address and my phone number not matching. My phone number is from one state and I moved to a new state so they will never line up. I called customer service but nothing was done to help me with getting my order back.

Incredibly rude staff. Reccommended me the incorrect products because they were closing (I had no idea, none of the 3 women at the front said anything when I walked in) they started shutting the lights off as I was getting product. I apologized profusely at the counter and the woman who rang me out did not say more than one word to me. My hair is blonde already and now it is bright orange because whatever she had recommended me was wrong because clearly she did not care, and she just wanted to go home. I spent quite a bit of money and im super upset about that, and how disgustingly rude they were. Had i known or been told that they were closing i would have turned around and walked out. It was maybe 7:05pm. I will never come back. I'm assuming it was the manager who rang me out and if that is the case then she is incredibly unprofessional and her attitude was one of the worst I've experienced in any customer service setting.

today my mom and i went into sally’s here in findlay. when we walked in , my mom had a specific product that she was looking for. there was only one left in the wrong shade, so she asked the worker if they had any more in any different shades. she had pulled her mask down even though on the door it stated that masks were required, which made us feel unsafe. she was also on her phone, which was annoying. my mom was walking up to her to show her what product she was looking for, and before the worker could even see it, she said that they didn’t have any. this was a really terrible experience

Helpful cashier this time, have had problems with one before. She was so sweet and had good tips. I don't know her name but she was working 6-19 at 12:50pm when she checked me out!

DO NOT shop at Sally Beauty Supply! On July 6,2019 I purchased a pair of clippers. These clippers were defective (died during a cut and wouldn't charge at all). These cost over $100. 2 days later on July 8,2019 I tried to return the defective merchandise. They would not take them back because they had been opened/used. This is not ok! They have an all sales final policy on electrical equipment, which by the way, they do not make sure you are aware before you make the purchase. Then they don't want to make things right when the product they sold is defective! All the while their employee that is insinuates that I did not charge the item and that I do not have a right to be upset that the wont give me my money back for broken equipment. I will never again purchase anything in this store!

Excellent customer service 2/16/18. The young lady was very knowledgeable and helped me with my clipper selection even allowing me to plug in and check the feel of the clippers/ liners. Also there barber selection is outstanding for the size if the store... well managed. Will be returning for all my barber needs that they can supply.
