About The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center in Findlay offers a mixed shopping experience. While some customers find the staff friendly and helpful, others note the store could use more organization and TLC. The selection of clothes is not always great, and the pricing can be a bit high, though sale colors offer good deals. The lack of public toilets is a downside, leading to some unpleasant odors in the fitting rooms. Overall, the store provides an opportunity to find bargains while supporting the Salvation Army's community programs.
Connie and Amanda always make my visits here more enjoyable. They are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I don't rate this place a 4-star is their lack of public toilets. Unfortunately this leads to the fitting rooms smelling of urine and needing frequent carpet replacement. (No fault to staff)

is there any way in the future of converting to a plastic barb system INSTEAD OF the staple tags after you wear a shirt for a few months, you end up a few 2-3mm holes where the staples are.. other salvation army stores have told me the staple system should have been phased out years ago due to damage to clothing
