The lady was rude and rushed. She was trying to talk me out of how I wanted my daughters hair cut because of her opinion. Then she was rushy and snipping with my 6 year old and you could tell she was annoyed and wanting her out of the store.

The hair color that I requested did not turn out. I was not satisfied. The pic to the left was received yet I wanted it like the pic on the right. Also I wanted it styled after coloring but had to go without because she had another color client as well. I made an appointment to avoid double booking and it happened. She got my neck and chest wet washing hair in a rush.
