Friendly customer service lets you know that if you cancel your service after the billing date (even 1 day) you will still owe for the entire month. No more pro-rating of bills. You have the option of keeping your equipment until the end of the billing cycle. That would entail a second trip which is over an hour drive, plus the second long wait in line. Spectrum probably never would consider that you probably changed your service provider and don't need to hold on to their equipment for old times sake. I've been a customer for 40+ years.

Easy to find and dispute there being 4 people in front of me the line moved quickly and the guy helping me was polite and quick as well

Horrible sales representative and manager. Completely uneducated about their promotions, so if he hadn't heard of it. It didn't exist. No research, nothing. I was just not eligible. Manager too busy to show their face. I'll be calling Spectrum to possibly cancel my service because he was horrible. Marion was much better when activating the phone, Go To MARION!

Drivers drive around town recklessly and think they own the road apparently. Almost got into a wreck with one and another guy. Flipped us off and honked his horn and drove off.

If I could give zero stars I would.. spectrum is literally the worst internet provider. If there is a cloud in the sky it stops working.. if someone else is connected to wifi internet stops working.. this service is absolutely trash.... my landlord forces everyone to use spectrum smh.... can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move, so I never have to deal with this terrible spectrum service again.

My son went in to get just internet. The person working put it through as a bundle without my son knowing it. My son gets home and could not activate it. He was not given any of the codes, so he calls the tech number, and finds out what was put in was a phone, cable, and internet! They told him in the office it would be around $50 a month just for internet, what the person in the office put in was going to cost over $100.00 a month! We are going back and either they make it right or take their stuff back!!!!!

My boyfriend and I started a new service with spectrum last week and Jessica was very rude to us. Sighing, rolling her eyes, trying to give us the most expensive products without giving us the other options. Not explaining things to us when we asked question. Maybe she was having a bad day, at least that's what we thought. Unfortunately we have already cancelled our service and when I returned our supplies she was the one to help. She rolled her eyes as soon as I walked in the door and was very very disrespectful. She wouldn't answer any of my billing related questions and kept telling me "just sign the receipt" before telling me what I was signing. I asked 4 times before she said it was just for the equipment and not even bill related. I will never go back to this location if I'm in need of service again because of how we were treated.

The Internet is way overpriced, especially because it never works and I always have to use all my data :( I shouldn't have to reach out for support on Facebook or Twitter - I don't even use those platforms - if I'm paying so much for something, it should be working how it's supposed to. There is no other internet provider I can have at my apartment so I'm stuck. Sucks💔

I avoid this business like the plague. All my bills are paid electronically by my bank but somehow I missed sending the electronic payment a couple days ago, so I sat down this morning and wrote a check for a change and drove there and stood in line for 27 minutes, with a store full of people, just waiting to pay my overpriced cable bill. I have nothing but basic cable and my bill keeps going up each month and now surpassed $249.50. I have gotten no additional service or benefits from the price increase.

Ironic how Spectrum has all of these commercials and ads talking about fast reliable internet when that is the opposite of what they provide. Home and business are terrible. The modems and routers provided are always cheap trash. They are constantly having connection or software issues. The internet itself is always down at random times or terrible at night. This company is not reliable despite what they say. As far as the stores go, they usually tend to be understaffed which causes a lot of issues with local consumer bases.
