Ironic how Spectrum has all of these commercials and ads talking about fast reliable internet when that is the opposite of what they provide. Home and business are terrible. The modems and routers provided are always cheap trash. They are constantly having connection or software issues. The internet itself is always down at random times or terrible at night. This company is not reliable despite what they say. As far as the stores go, they usually tend to be understaffed which causes a lot of issues with local consumer bases.

The lady at the desk was quite rude I wanted to know what it cost to get internet and cable hooked up she wanted to know where I lived and wanted to see my driver's license for some strange reason apparently if you don't live here they won't answer your question

Moved from Delaware, where service was actually reliable, but up here apparently the package we paid for isn't available. So now we pay 20 dollars more, for slower internet than what we had from the same provider in a different town. 85 dollars a month to only be able to use one device somewhat reliably on the wifi. I can't even load a video on my phone half the time and end up eating through my data because the service is always going out.

The Internet is way overpriced, especially because it never works and I always have to use all my data :( I shouldn't have to reach out for support on Facebook or Twitter - I don't even use those platforms - if I'm paying so much for something, it should be working how it's supposed to. There is no other internet provider I can have at my apartment so I'm stuck. Sucks?

Services down again, 3rd time this week. Maybe the company should spend less on commercials and invest more in maintaining their services that I'm paying too much for as it went up again.

Spectrum is the worst example of customer service on a regular basis. Their rates are exorbitant and not nearly worth what they charge. They can’t give you a straight answer regarding available tiers of service and the staff at the store seem to have no knowledge of the business since their only answer to any issue is “I don’t know, you’ll need to call customer service”

They need a separate store for cell phone related issues. The poor service people can't keep up, and it affects everything service wise.

If I could rate it zero I definitely would. Had 2 employees tell me I owed nothing when I cancelled them 5 months later I get a call from collections. Horrible service, terrible transparency on costs. NO Prorating if you cancel inside of the billing cycle. Never use them again.

Staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable. Can fix your problem. However....I gotten through the dmvs in less time. The lines at a blackfriday rush for tvs were faster than service here due to lack of staffing or streamlining services like a line for bill pay, returning equipment, purchasing phones, or dealing with customer complaints. The staff did their best and were awesome. They need more or a better system than a recess of small children with money chasing the ice cream truck. A gentleman during my visit had a scheduled appointment and was not able to get to his appointment due the gentlemen trying to explain a smart phone very nicely to an older lady from the great depression who had zero concept of where she was or what she wanted. So in conclusion, good staff very helpful...company needs to fix the intake process and allow them to fix things easier in a more efficient manner, to avoid the Taylor Swift esq line out the door and hour wait to get a 15 minute process done.

Terrible equipment for home and business. The routers always disconnect and/or need to be replaced just to have to do the same process a few months down the line. Weak signals when they do work. Long waits to exchange faulty equipment. Really miss the reliability of Roadrunner.

Would like to see Spectrum leave Findlay OH and have just AT&T and Xfinity services at Spectrum are junk and the equipment always fails and prices keep getting jacked up.

Don't even make the switch! Save yourself the headache. Service is constantly going in and out daily. They won't credit you unless it lasts more than 4 hrs and on top of that their rates are high and whatever you do don't miss a payment, they'll come for you real quick. Worst customer service ever!

The Findlay Spectrum store doesn't have enough clerks to handle the number of customers who have Spectrum problems. I went to the store to pick up equipment. It was midmorning and the small waiting area had about 10 people waiting. There were only 2 chairs for seating. I left and went back late afternoon. Again there were more than 10 customers. I stood waiting for 45 minutes.
