Had the T-Mobile 5-g Internet gateway . What a waste of time and money.. it was so slow , and the signal always said it was very good... Well maybe the signal was but it wasn't transferring to the devices , because we were always without internet, or buffering constantly.. had it for 3 months and immediately went back to spectrum. This was a complete disappointment. If I could give it a negative number rating I definitely would

Dom and Cory were super helpful and made sure we were very clear of all of our options with switching from Verizon. Not pushy and we were in and out with a cheaper payment for our phones and internet!

Not really friendly or helpful folks. Can't look at the phones/locked down per the employees. Not sure if it's the people at the store, the franchise or changes at T-Mobile.

Friendly and helpful at the Finlay store. . Service In risingsun stinks. T mobile needs to get the tower s up and running from sprint. Had great service with sprint. So please get your service up to date.

These guys are great. I went in to discuss the T-Mobile internet can and walked out with one. They’re friendly, down to earth and honest. When they don’t know something they’re not afraid to admit it and they always have solutions for the problems I bring them.

The staff had to ask one another what to do and show how to do things on their tablets and I was there 15 min shy of 2 hours and walked out with nothing why, I was told I wouldn't have to put money down and 15 min later they wanted 158.00. Terrible experience will not go back

The guys working in this store have no customer appreciation! They are so rude and think the customer owes them something! They are not there to help the customer and they tell you that whatever the corporate office tells you is wrong and don’t try to help you at all! I will never return to this store ever again honestly thinking about switching carriers just because of the employees at this location!

Switched from Verizon and I’m happy I did. The guys in the store are so friendly and knowledgeable! Plus they don’t pressure you into buying other things which is nice.
