Tyler and Brandon were very nice and professional. I wasn’t impressed with the end results. I had my hall, steps, and living room cleaned and deodorized on Wednesday morning… today is Friday and they are still damp, the steps are so damp still that you can see our foot prints on them after we walk in them. I’ve had my ceiling fans on full blast trying to dry my carpets out. The living room is almost dry and it does look cleaner, hopefully once the steps dry they will look cleaner. The odor is still in the carpet and a couple stains are still there. They were only there for approximately 35 minutes so that might explain as to why the carpets aren’t dry yet. Also my scheduled time was 12-5. They were at my door at 10, which I wasn’t ready for them. I thought they would’ve at least called to let me know. Unfortunately I won’t be using this service again, and I was really looking forward to using your services for my other properties but I will go elsewhere.

When this business left Findlay, it went downhill!!Persons answering phone are way less than cordial or friendly.I had a cleaning scheduled for "mid morning" ---called @ noon & was told "it won2:15't be long" By 2:15 I tried to call again & voicemails were "full" Finally someone from a different phone # called & wasn't happy I complained about no service --he rudely said, "sorry you had to wait!" I had already waited 4+ hours with no communication or explanation.Would not recommend or ever again contact this company!!!!
