Shawn and his team are reliable, helpful and hard working. They get after it and don't waste time...making what you pay for a excellent value. Highly recommend! They take excellent care of your belongings. Don't bother looking elsewhere. I've used them multiple times with great satisfaction!

WOW! I was HIGHLY impressed with the two who came out to help move a bathroom vanity from my car to upstairs. They thought it might take an hour, and they were done in under 25 minutes! This was my first experience with them (one company said no; the other didn't call back after two messages), but I hope to be able to refer them to others.

My roommate hired this company for a long distance move. Nothing was as promised on the phone and everything was an argument. I don't know what they were smoking but this whole thing was ridiculous!

Wish I could give negative stars. Such a horrible company to use for moving. We moved from California to Texas and came to know about this company via web search. At that time, I had not found any reviews but Bobby Alon ( their moving company guy) told me about the reviews and I fell for it. Then when the date for moving was fixed, no one from their company called us to notify that the truck was coming ( clearly NO COMMUNICATION from these people). When finally the truck was about to come in 2 hrs they call us to let us know that the truck is on its way and for us to be ready for moving. Somehow with a infant and a 6 year we managed to start the moving. It took almost whole day ( 11 am to 10:30pm) and ofcourse not to forget they charged me way more the the quotation they had given. Once that was settled in ( the moving papers ie signed documents look like a bogus papers as they didnt have any moving company name). Later a week, I called them to know the status of delivery. NO ONE TO ANSWER MY CALLS not even customer support ( Bobby Alon went missing immediately after he made me sign the contract with this horrible company). Probably I might have called 1000 times. Later just 2 days before the deliver a guy calls me ( Don) and told me so n so date my stuff will be delivered to Texas. The day it got delivered, my very very expensive headboard ( which was pure Rosewood with antique carving) went missing which costed me a fortune and the saga doesnt stop there.. My very expensive queen mattress was damaged as it was DRENCHED in water. My couch pillows went missing ( sectional couch without back rest, imagine how am i using it right now), my side tables were broken, my buffet table was broken. Very very CHEAP moving company. More or else the loss I incurred was not less than $1000. When I claimed it in January 2017, they told me that they have not received it ONLY after me sending them 3 times the same email with all pics and documents and ofcourse calling them 1000 times on all possible numbers they have !!!! Till date they have not settled my claim. GUYS IF YOU WANT TO MOVE YOUR STUFF, PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Even if any company offers to do it with a bit expensive price-- please go with THAT company and not with this CHEAP people. With 2 small kids and a new place, I have left with no option other than calling them and asking them when can they settle my claim. They dont even have curtsy to settle my claim even when i told them my situation. SAVE YOURSELF from THESE MONEY EATERS..

I had a very positive experience with Stout in moving my mother from a condo to Primrose. They were professional, efficient and careful.They even made a second trip to deliver something I forgot to include in the original trip. They always returned my phone calls right away. They even charged me significantly less than their original estimate due to the fact that the move ended up not taking as long as they had planned. Would highly recommend.

We chose to work with Stout Moving based on referral. They did not disappoint! Although it was slightly more expensive than other methods or services, they did an excellent job for us. Very professional, very careful with our belongings and willing to do whatever needed done. We were prepared and everything went very smooth plus we were able to finish early. We had some items that were very fragile and some that barely held together. Nothing was damaged and they knew exactly how to take things apart and put them back together. They did a fantastic job!!

Very professional! Fast! This was the one of the best decisions we made to help us with our move. Saved us from allot of sore muscles, scratches, and heart ache that can come with moving. This allowed us just to concentrate on placement of our belongings. I would and will highly recommend them to everyone I know that will be moving in the future!
