The local Findlay OH office is the best. Never have a single issue, if something is wrong they are on top of things and so super helpful. From day one they have bought our business with their loyalty. I will not go anywhere else for propane unless an emergency and they are closed!!

Took longer than expected to place order and get delivery. Invoice was not left in the best location, as the property is an Airbnb and leaving the invoice on the door handle is chancy (as the tenants may discard it as irrelevant). Try leaving the invoice on the garage "man door" handle.
