I brought in a dress for a fairly last minute service, which I was told wouldn’t be a problem to fix within the timeframe I was there. It took them three extra days past when they said it would be done, which I get. Things happen. What is unacceptable is the fact that they charged me for a service that didn’t happen. I was charged $80 for dress alterations, but nothing had been altered! I had to bring it to another seamstress the day of the event and they showed me how there was no evidence of any alterations actually taking place. When I emailed saying I wanted a refund since they lied to me, I was ignored. I will NEVER bring my services here again and will recommend to anyone who asks about this place to avoid it like the plague.

Extremely nice people and were the only people who would take my puffer coat! Can’t say enough good with how the coat turned out!

First time here. Very friendly staff. Came from out of town and had to take care dropping off someone's dry cleaning very last minute for a wedding. Dropped off at 5pm and it was ready the next morning for us. Thank you for the quick and friendly service.

This is the worst cleaners i ever came across they are a rip off she charge me 72 bucks just to get 3 little toddler skirts altar and on top of that it took them more than a week i would not recommend this cleaners to my worse enemy horrible customer service and horrible service i would never give them another dimeService: Alterations

Paid for my curtains and a tapestry to be washed and pressed and I dont own dogs, but literally my curtains smell like they were rolled in dirt and an a dog bed.
